To unlock Explosive Indigestion in Gears of War: E-Day, hit a Bilefrog with an explosive attack while its mouth is open. The Coalition’s official achievement description calls it “Play a game of explosive cornhole with a Bilefrog” and lists it as worth 15 points. The practical method below comes from a community guide, rather than an official walkthrough.
Where to find a Bilefrog
A community guide reports the first Bilefrog encounter in Act 2, “Hold The Line,” at Allfarther’s Plaza. Progress through that section to reach the encounter.

How to get the achievement

Bring a Frag Grenade to the encounter.

Wait for the Bilefrog to open its mouth, then throw the grenade into it. The community guide reports that this can unlock the achievement.

If the grenade does not trigger it, community comments report success with a Gut-Puncher or Boomshot. These are player-reported alternatives, not officially confirmed methods.
