The Galaxy Tab S11’s reported $659.99 price was a past Amazon offer, not a confirmed deal today. Android Central reported it for the 128GB model on February 2, 2026; current stock and checkout pricing have not been verified. Samsung has since announced the Galaxy Tab S12+ and Tab S12 Ultra, with availability beginning October 7, 2026, in select markets.
Is the Galaxy Tab S11 still $659?
There is no confirmation that the Galaxy Tab S11 128GB is currently available for $659.99. Android Central reported that Amazon price on February 2, 2026. Treat it as a historical offer and check the live listing for the exact storage configuration, seller, stock, and checkout price before buying.
For context, Samsung’s US launch announcement listed a $799.99 starting price for the S11. The February offer was $140 below that launch reference price, but neither figure establishes what the tablet costs now. Android Central’s February deal report and Samsung’s US launch announcement provide the dated price context.

How do the Tab S11, S12+, and S12 Ultra compare?
| Model | Screen | What the sourced information establishes |
|---|---|---|
| Galaxy Tab S11 | 11 inches | 12GB memory; 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB storage configurations; microSD support up to 2TB; S Pen included. Samsung listed a $799.99 US starting price at launch; a February 2, 2026 Amazon report put the 128GB model at $659.99, but neither is a verified current price. |

The screen sizes make the practical distinction clear: the S11 is the more compact option, while the S12+ and especially the Ultra offer more display area for multitasking or media. Samsung’s Tab S11 product page lists its hardware and storage options; Samsung’s S12 announcement supplies the S12 sizes and performance claims.
Should you buy the S11 or wait for an S12?
Choose the S11 if its current price is right for you
The S11 offers an 11-inch AMOLED display, included S Pen, expandable storage, and 12GB of memory. It may suit buyers who prefer a smaller tablet or want the S Pen without paying for a separately listed add-on. Verify the current price rather than assuming the February $659.99 offer remains available.

Consider the S12+ for a larger screen without the Ultra size
The 12.6-inch S12+ sits between the S11 and Ultra in screen size. Samsung says it includes an S Pen; keyboard accessories are separate purchases, and compatibility should be checked against the specific tablet and accessory listing.
Consider the S12 Ultra if screen area and Samsung’s claimed upgrades matter
The 14.6-inch Ultra is the largest announced model. Samsung’s stated performance gains are comparisons with the S11 Ultra, not the base S11, and should not be read as independently verified speed results. The announcement does not provide a directly comparable current US price here, so weigh it against a confirmed retail listing.

Samsung says the S11 is eligible for up to seven generations of Android OS upgrades and seven years of security updates from its global launch. Samsung’s US S12 family page also says up to seven OS upgrades and security updates, but the precise regional terms and start dates should be checked on the relevant product page before treating support periods as directly equivalent.
