The Samsung Galaxy S25 has the lower US list price, but the OnePlus 15 includes twice as much base storage. At matched 256GB capacity, the listed gap narrows to $40: $859.99 for the S25 and $899.99 for the OnePlus 15. The bigger choice is physical: Samsung’s 6.2-inch, 162g phone is much smaller than the 6.78-inch, 211–215g OnePlus 15.

US list prices: the storage configuration changes the comparison

Samsung lists the Galaxy S25 at $799.99 with 128GB of storage. Its March 2026 US MSRP sheet lists the 256GB version at $859.99. OnePlus lists the OnePlus 15 at $899.99 for 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, or $999.99 for 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. These are manufacturer list prices, not guaranteed current checkout prices; retailer offers, trade-in credits, carrier terms, and stock can change.

Configuration US listed price What the comparison means
Galaxy S25, 128GB $799.99 Lowest entry price, but half the storage of the base OnePlus 15.
Galaxy S25, 256GB $859.99 $40 less than the OnePlus 15’s 256GB entry model.
OnePlus 15, 12GB RAM / 256GB $899.99 Twice the storage of the base S25; $40 more than the listed 256GB S25.
OnePlus 15, 16GB RAM / 512GB $999.99 Higher-storage and higher-RAM configuration; no matching S25 price is established here.

Which phone is easier to carry and use?

The S25 is the clear pick if compact size and lower weight matter. Its 6.2-inch display and 162g weight are substantially below the OnePlus 15’s 6.78-inch screen and 211–215g weight. The OnePlus is larger in every listed dimension, so it is the more substantial device to hold and carry. Choose based on whether you prefer a smaller phone or a larger viewing area; the specifications do not establish which screen is more comfortable for you.

Battery capacity and charging are different trade-offs

OnePlus lists a 7,300mAh dual-cell battery, compared with Samsung’s 4,000mAh typical capacity. That is a capacity comparison only: it does not show how long either phone lasts in ordinary use, since manufacturer specifications here do not provide comparable independent runtime tests. OnePlus lists 80W wired SUPERVOOC and 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging for the US model. Samsung lists 25W wired charging and says the compatible adapter is sold separately.

Camera hardware: zoom reach versus sensor resolution

Both phones have a 50MP main rear camera with optical image stabilization. Samsung lists a 12MP ultrawide and a 10MP telephoto with 3× optical zoom; OnePlus lists 50MP ultrawide and telephoto cameras, with 3.5× optical zoom on the telephoto. The OnePlus’s listed telephoto has greater optical zoom reach and a higher megapixel count, but those figures alone do not prove better photos. Sensor design, processing, lighting, and other factors affect image quality, and the cited manufacturer material does not include comparable independent camera tests.
