Free Spin says cash redemptions may take up to 10 business days to reach your account. That is the platform’s stated processing and arrival window, not a guarantee for every request: verification, a high-value prize, or incorrect payment details can add time. To request a redemption, you need at least $100 in eligible Sweeps Coins, and those coins must have been played at least once on eligible games.
How long does a FreeSpin redemption take?
Free Spin’s Terms say cash redemptions may take up to 10 business days to reach the account. The platform says requests are processed in the order received, but the 10-business-day figure is not a guaranteed total for every user or payment route. How do I redeem Sweeps Coins?
- Check your balance. Your Sweeps Coin balance is displayed in your account. Gold Coins are for standard play and cannot be redeemed.
- Meet the play condition. Sweeps Coins must be played at least once on eligible games before winnings from those coins can be redeemed. An offer or game may impose additional conditions, so check its applicable rules.
- Confirm you meet the minimum. The redeemable balance must be at least $100. You must also meet the platform’s eligibility requirements, and your account information must match your personal information.
- Request the prize and provide payment details. Cash redemptions are sent in US dollars to a specified bank account. The Terms say you can update payment details only while logged in during the redemption process. Your bank must accept the USD payment.
- Complete any requested verification. The platform may request documents or other checks before processing the redemption. Follow the instructions and deadline provided for your request.
- Allow time for processing and transfer. The stated cash-redemption window is up to 10 business days to reach the account, with possible additional delays for verification or high-value prizes.
These steps reflect Free Spin’s Sweepstakes Rules (Version 3.2, updated March 30, 2026) and Terms of Use. Both can change, so check the current terms and any promotion-specific rules before submitting a request.

Free Spin’s Terms and Sweepstakes Rules set a $100 minimum redemption. The balance must be eligible for redemption: Gold Coins do not qualify, and Sweeps Coins must meet the applicable play requirement. The Terms and Sweepstakes Rules (updated March 30, 2026).
Why is my FreeSpin redemption pending?
The official rules describe possible causes of delay but do not identify the status of an individual request. Check whether the platform has requested documents, whether your account and bank details are accurate and in your verified name, and whether your bank can accept a USD payment. A request may also take longer if it involves a high-value prize. Contact Free Spin through the account’s available support channel for a request-specific update.
Verification and documents
Free Spin reserves the right to conduct verification and compliance checks. The documents required can vary; the rules do not say that every user must provide the same documents. For a redemption exceeding $2,500, the Terms say additional documentation may be required, such as photo ID, proof of address, or source-of-funds information. If documents are requested, the Terms give a 30-day submission deadline and say redemption rights may be restricted or revoked if you fail to provide them. What limits and fees apply?
Free Spin’s Terms set a $2,500 daily limit for bank transfers or gift cards, with possible flexibility granted individually. They also state a $5,000 daily maximum in New York and Florida for a Sweeps Coins prize won through participation in the Sweepstakes; the Terms say amounts above $5,000 will not be allocated or paid. Free Spin says it does not charge a transaction fee for prize redemptions, but a payment administration agent may charge a fee.
