The Calendar V03 2026 template puts two months on each page, covering January through December in six pages. It is listed as a Sunday-start calendar in US Letter portrait format, with grid lines, and is offered as DOCX, XLSX, PDF, and JPG files. Choose an editable file to make changes, or use PDF or JPG when you want a print-oriented copy.

Calendar V03 is a full-year calendar with two months per page. Its publisher lists these features:

Pick a format for your workflow
Use DOCX if you want to work in Word, or XLSX if you prefer editing in Excel. PDF and JPG are available when you want a non-editable copy to view or print. The publisher describes the files as editable and printable, but compatibility can depend on the application and printer, so inspect the downloaded file before relying on it.

Check the week start and page setup
This template starts weeks on Sunday and is laid out for US Letter portrait pages. If you plan by Monday-start weeks, need A4 paper, or want landscape orientation, consider a configurable calendar instead. Calendar V03 is a fixed 2026 calendar covering the entire year in six pages. The CalendarHours option lets you select any two consecutive months, which is useful when you need a different month pair or page setup.

Check print settings before printing
- Download the format you intend to use and open it in its associated application or viewer.
- Check the file’s page setup and print preview for US Letter paper and portrait orientation, which match the listed Calendar V03 layout.
- Confirm that all six pages and their month grids appear as expected, then print if the preview looks right.
US Letter printer paper is relevant if you print this version, but the calendar does not state that any special paper is required. The publisher calls the files printable; it does not document printer testing or universal compatibility.
