If your TV-provider login stopped working in FOX Sports on a television or streaming device, first check the app: FOX ended the FOX Sports app on TVs and connected devices on May 7, 2026, and directs viewers to FOX One instead. The FOX Sports app remains available on phones and tablets. In FOX One, choose Connect Provider and sign in with an eligible TV-provider account.
First check which device you’re using
The fix depends on where you’re trying to watch. FOX’s transition FAQ says the FOX Sports app on TVs and connected devices was discontinued on May 7, 2026. For those devices, install or open FOX One. FOX Sports remains available as a separate app on phones and tablets. FOX’s transition FAQ lists Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV/Google TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Vizio and Xbox among the affected platforms.
FOX lists FOX One for Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Google TV, Android TV, Samsung, LG, Vizio and Xbox, as well as iOS and Android. Compatibility can depend on the specific device and software; FOX’s platform list does not establish support for every model or version. See FOX’s FOX One activation and device guidance.
Connect your TV provider in FOX One
- Open FOX One on your TV or connected device. If it is not installed, find FOX One in that device’s app store and install it.
- Select Connect Provider and follow the on-screen prompts to choose and authenticate with your TV provider.
- Use the username and password for the provider account associated with your subscription. After provider sign-in, FOX says the device should sign in automatically.
FOX says eligible TV-provider sign-in provides access to FOX One at no extra cost. Eligibility matters: the provider subscription must include the FOX networks or content you’re trying to watch. Having an internet account—or a provider-branded login by itself—does not establish that your plan includes access. Check FOX’s FOX One provider-login FAQ for its eligibility details.

If FOX One displays an activation code or QR code
Use the activation method shown on your TV rather than repeatedly entering credentials on the television.
- In FOX One, select Sign In to display the activation prompt.
- Scan the QR code with a phone, or visit FOX.com/activate on a phone or computer.
- Enter the code displayed on the TV, then sign in with the account connected to your eligible subscription.
- Wait for the TV app to refresh after activation.

When the provider rejects your login
If the provider’s sign-in page rejects the username or password, recover those credentials through the TV provider. An older FOX Sports FAQ gives the same general direction for forgotten provider credentials; recovery steps vary by provider. FOX Sports’ FAQ is the source for that general guidance.

If you’re still unable to watch
Confirm that you’re using FOX One on a TV or connected device, then retry the provider connection or activation flow inside that app. If the app still will not authenticate, contact FOX Help. FOX directs viewers there for further questions about FOX Sports and FOX One. If the provider sign-in itself fails, contact the provider; if it succeeds but FOX One says access is unavailable, ask the provider to verify your FOX-network entitlement.
