Morgana is an Epic-rarity Sprite in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4. Her passive makes healing items more effective, and the bonus grows as Morgana levels up. No fixed spawn point is documented. The routes players are pointed to are searching chests and looking for Cheat Codes, and neither is guaranteed to produce her.
Where to find Morgana
The fortnite.gg Sprite directory does not list a unique Morgana spawn location. Its entry says Sprites can turn up while roaming the island, in chests, or through Cheat Codes. A separate Morgana guide points to the same chest and Cheat Code routes. Treat these as places to search rather than a confirmed path, because none of the sources reviewed document how often either route yields her.
Chests and Cheat Codes
A fan-maintained tracker states that world Cheat Codes replaced Sprite Chests in an earlier patch. The Morgana guide, however, still describes chests as an available route. These accounts may refer to different chest types or to changes within the current season, so confirm in-game which chest mechanic and Cheat Code behavior apply before assuming either one.

What Morgana does
The ability text, as relayed by a Morgana guide from the fortnite.gg directory, reads: “Increases the effectiveness of healing items. Healing effectiveness increases with each Level Up!” This is directory wording passed along by a secondary guide, not a statement from Epic or a named spokesperson.

In practical terms, Morgana makes the healing items you use more effective, and that bonus scales with her level. The sources do not give per-level percentages, so this article does not offer a healing figure. Any number you see quoted elsewhere should be checked against the in-game Sprite screen before you rely on it.
The five Morgana forms
The Morgana guide lists five forms. All share the same base healing effect. Only the Gold form has a reported secondary effect, and even that has not been independently confirmed.

Sprite Checklist reports that all five Morgana forms went live on September 24, 2026, during Chapter 7 Season 4: Override. Epic’s support page confirms that Sprites carry into the next season and that Season 3 Sprites are preserved in Sprite Garden. That page does not confirm Morgana’s release date, so the September 24 date rests on the Sprite Checklist report alone.
