How should a restaurant owner report a suspected breach?
Choose the reporting route according to the issue. Foodpanda’s privacy contact is for questions about the platform’s handling of personal data or unsolicited contact from a restaurant, shop, or rider. Pakistan National CERT handles reports of cyber incidents affecting organizations; its guidance directs individual cybercrime complaints, such as fraud or harassment, to NCCIA.
- Contact Foodpanda about its data handling. Email dpcpakistan@foodpanda.pk with a concise account of what you observed, when it occurred, and how it relates to your restaurant or personal information. Foodpanda’s policy also asks people to report contact from a restaurant, shop, or rider without prior consent.
- Report an organizational cyber incident to PKCERT. Use the Pakistan National CERT incident-reporting page if you suspect a cyber incident affecting your organization, network, or systems, including a suspected data breach.
- Report an individual cybercrime complaint to NCCIA. For matters such as fraud or harassment affecting an individual, follow the NCCIA route identified on PKCERT’s reporting page rather than treating it as an organizational incident report.
- Tell Foodpanda about account or security problems. Its terms instruct users to contact the platform immediately if they detect unauthorized account access or another security issue.
Keep relevant messages, dates, and account details for your report, but do not circulate suspected personal data publicly.
