There is no single state list for every Fliff feature. Fliff’s Cash Sweepstakes rules exclude 20 states, while its Pick’Em page lists 11 states where Pick’Em is available. The lists differ, and Fliff says availability can change, so check the rules for the specific feature and your current location before participating.
Fliff state availability by product
Fliff publishes separate eligibility information for its products. The Cash Sweepstakes rules were last updated June 30, 2026; the Pick’Em availability list is on Fliff’s product page. These are the operator’s published availability statements, not a universal legal determination for every person or activity.
| Fliff product | Published state information | What to keep in mind |
|---|---|---|
| Fliff Cash Sweepstakes | Excluded in 20 states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia. Fliff Sweepstakes Rules, last updated June 30, 2026. | Rules require legal residence and physical location in an eligible U.S. state, and say participation is void where prohibited by law. |
| Pick’Em DFS | Listed as available in 11 states: California, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, and West Virginia. Fliff Pick’Em page. | Pick’Em has separate contest rules and eligibility terms; check them before entry. |
California, Kentucky, and West Virginia appear on both lists: they are excluded for the Cash Sweepstakes but listed as available for Pick’Em. That difference is why a generic answer to “Is Fliff legal in my state?” can be misleading.

How to check whether you can use a Fliff feature
- Identify the feature. Decide whether you mean social games using Fliff Coins, Fliff Cash sweepstakes, or Pick’Em DFS.
- Check that feature’s current list and rules. Do not use the Cash Sweepstakes exclusions to decide Pick’Em eligibility, or the reverse. Fliff says availability may vary over time.
- Check residence and physical location. For the Cash Sweepstakes, Fliff’s rules specify both legal residence and being located in an eligible state.
- Confirm age and identity conditions. The Sweepstakes rules require participants to be at least 18 or the local age of majority, whichever is later. Fliff’s Pick’Em FAQ says identity verification is required before contest entry, deposit, or withdrawal and includes personal information, a government-issued ID, and a live selfie. Verify the current terms for the feature you intend to use.
- Use the in-app state check before participating. If the app’s current eligibility check conflicts with an older list or a cached page, consult the latest official rules and product information before entering.
Does “available” mean Fliff is legal for every user?
No. A product’s appearance on Fliff’s availability list does not by itself settle whether participation is lawful for a particular person or situation. The Sweepstakes rules state that participation is void where prohibited by law and place responsibility on participants to determine whether the Sweepstakes complies with the laws in their jurisdiction. Fliff’s rules say: “It is the sole responsibility of a Participant to determine whether the Sweepstakes is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides.”
For a state-specific legal question, consult current official rules and applicable local law rather than treating a product list as personal legal advice.
