Project Slayers 2 has two forge destinations to distinguish: Blacksmith Togane’s workshop in the upper part of Hidden Mist Village handles village crafting, including Nightfall recipes; the later Nichirin Forge on the Ouwigahara route is used for V2 weapon upgrades. Togane’s “other forge” quest is listed at level 65 and leads into that later progression.
Where is the forge in Project Slayers 2?
The village forge is the raised workshop in the upper part of Hidden Mist Village, near Verdant Cliffs. Look for Blacksmith Togane inside, near the hearth. A route described by NerdsChalk passes through Bamboo Grove and Wilderness, then follows cliffside ledges into the village. Once there, use the raised paths and stairs to reach the upper workshop.
This is the destination for village crafting. It is not the later V2 forge, even though Togane also starts the quest associated with that route.

Speak with Togane and choose the “other forge” dialogue. The community guide lists this quest at level 65; completing it opens the route toward Ouwigahara and the Nichirin Forge used for V2 upgrades. Follow the quest rather than assuming the village crafting board can perform V2 upgrades. See the progression described in the Slayers 2 community guide and the NerdsChalk V2 guide.

How do you craft Nightfall gear?
At Togane’s village workshop, select the exact Nightfall item you want and read its recipe before farming. Nightfall is a set of separate weapon and gear crafts, not one shared recipe. Depending on the item, the recipe can call for a blueprint or schematic, a particular base item, materials, and currency.

The recipes differ in both base weapon and materials. Treat the quantities as guide-reported values, not developer-confirmed constants: inspect the selected recipe’s live counters before spending resources.

How does V2 weapon forging work?
The community V2 walkthrough describes a progression sequence: reach level 65, complete Togane’s forge quest, farm Ouwigahara for points and endgame resources, obtain the selected weapon schematic, then bring the prerequisite katana and recipe items to the Nichirin Forge. Recipes may require Mythic Refinement Ore, Metal Scrap, Silk Thread, Wen, and Dungeon Points; the mix and amounts depend on the target weapon. Check the forge panel for the exact requirement before farming.
Choose the base katana carefully
The V2 guide says crafting consumes the base katana. Select a blade you are willing to give up, and read the final confirmation dialog before you commit. Do not assume V2 is a free enhancement that leaves the original weapon untouched.

There is no supported universal best weapon for every build in the available guides. Choose based on the weapon you actually want and the exact recipe you can meet, rather than treating Nightfall and V2 as interchangeable craft tiers.
