Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is continuing its monthly DLC schedule on PS5, but the official announcements cited here do not confirm or tease Tekken 8’s Reina. SNK’s Season 3 schedule lists October and December fighters as mysteries; its September press index instead identifies a Tokyo Revengers collaboration teaser.
Is Tekken 8’s Reina coming to Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves?
There is no official confirmation of Reina in the cited SNK announcements. SNK’s Season 3 lineup leaves the October and December fighters unnamed, and its September 9, 2026 press index entry identifies a Tokyo Revengers collaboration teaser—not a Reina or Tekken 8 announcement. Until SNK names her through an official announcement, Reina should be treated as unconfirmed.

That distinction matters: a mystery slot means the character has not been identified in that schedule. It is not evidence that a particular guest fighter has been teased.

What is in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Season 3?
SNK announced that Season 3 would start July 23, 2026, with monthly character and content updates. The announced fighter schedule is:

SNK describes the season as monthly updates that can include characters, stages, and other content. It also says the release schedule may change, so the announced months are a plan rather than a guarantee of exact release dates. See SNK’s Season 3 announcement for the publisher’s latest schedule.
Why the crossover rumor may be confusing
SNK’s official 2026 press index lists a Tokyo Revengers collaboration teaser dated September 9, 2026. That is evidence of a crossover-related announcement, but it does not establish that Tekken 8’s Reina is involved. The index is available at SNK’s 2026 press release page.

Can you play Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves on PS5, and is there a physical edition?
Yes. SNK lists PS5 among the game’s platforms and identifies a physical Special Edition containing the base game and Season Pass 1. Its product page also lists digital Standard and Legend editions. SNK says network access is required for all content; upgrading a physical PS4 edition to PS5 requires a PS5 with a disc drive. Check SNK’s product page for format and compatibility details.

- Check SNK’s current announcement. Use the official Season 3 schedule to see whether a mystery fighter has been named or dates have changed.
- Check your regional PlayStation Store. Search for the individual character add-on or the edition you are considering; availability and pricing may differ by region.
- Compare the listing with what you own. SNK says characters that were previously Season Pass exclusives are now available for individual purchase, but availability should be checked for each character. Review the add-on details before purchasing.
