How close is the all-time series?
Before this game, New Orleans’ official preview says the Saints trail Atlanta 57–56 in the regular-season series. That figure is specifically for regular-season games; it should not be read as a combined regular-season and postseason record. The one-game margin makes the Week 4 meeting a chance for the Saints to draw level, though the series tally alone says nothing about how this matchup will play out.
