Factors.AI alternatives include 6sense and Demandbase for broader account-based marketing, Apollo.io for sales intelligence and lead generation, HubSpot Marketing Hub for CRM and marketing automation, and Usermaven for attribution and analytics. There is no universal winner: these products cover different jobs, so shortlist them by the workflow you need to replace or improve.
What Factors.AI does
Factors.AI describes itself as an account-based marketing (ABM) and go-to-market platform for mid-market teams. Its stated scope includes account intelligence and intent, advertising activation, sales intelligence, attribution and analytics, website visitor identification, and integrations. The intended workflow is to identify account interest, activate advertising and sales outreach, then measure campaign impact. These are vendor descriptions, not independently tested results. Factors.AI’s product page also presents strategy, campaign management, and GTM engineering services alongside its software.
That breadth matters when comparing alternatives: a tool focused on visitor identification or sales data may be useful for one part of the workflow without replacing an ABM platform end to end.

Product Hunt, G2, and CB Insights name products spanning several categories. These listings are useful for discovery, not proof of feature parity or a definitive ranking.
#1 Best Overall
| Alternative | Why it may fit | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| 6sense Revenue Marketing | Listed by G2 and CB Insights as a Factors.AI alternative; consider it for an ABM or revenue-marketing comparison. | Current feature scope, implementation needs, and fit for your team. |
| Demandbase One | Listed by G2; consider it in an enterprise ABM and account-based comparison. | Whether its current capabilities and operating model match your requirements. |
| Apollo.io | Listed by Product Hunt and G2; potentially a closer fit when sales intelligence and lead generation are the priority. | Whether it covers the account activation and attribution functions you need. |
| HubSpot Marketing Hub | Listed by Product Hunt and G2; consider it when CRM and marketing automation breadth matters. | Do not assume feature parity with an ABM specialist; map the workflows you depend on. |
| Usermaven | Product Hunt lists it as an AI-powered marketing attribution product. | Fit for your required attribution and analytics use cases. |
| B2Metric | Product Hunt describes it in connection with predictive analytics. | Whether predictive analytics is the specific need, and its current product scope. |
| Roadway | Product Hunt lists it as a growth-marketing product. | Current product status and fit; the listing alone does not establish either. |
| Lead Forensics, Clearbit, ZoomInfo Sales, and Leadinfo | G2 lists these among alternatives, pointing toward visitor identification, account data, or sales intelligence. | Which specific job each product covers; they should not be presumed to replace a whole platform. |
| Dreamdata and Heap | CB Insights names them among competitors or alternatives, making them worth considering for adjacent analytics and attribution needs. | Current product scope against the reporting and attribution work you need done. |

How to choose the right alternative
1. Define the job you need to do
Write down whether the priority is account-based ad activation, account intent and visitor identification, multi-touch marketing attribution, or sales intelligence and lead generation. The alternatives above do not all compete across the same categories.
Rank #2
2. Map required data sources and integrations
List the CRM, ad platforms, website analytics, CDP, intent data, and communications tools your workflow depends on. Factors.AI’s help-center FAQ, published July 11, 2023, lists examples including Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Segment, and G2 intent data. Treat that dated list as a starting point for questions, not a guarantee of current connector availability. Ask each vendor to confirm current connectors, data-refresh behavior, and any limits that apply to your plan.

3. Check how much history can be imported
The same FAQ says Factors.AI’s website SDK does not retrieve prior website activity, while some CRM, advertising, and Search Console data may be imported for up to 30 days before initial integration; it also says special CDP replay may be possible. Confirm current limits and what migration or backfill options are available before switching, especially if historical reporting is essential.
Rank #3
4. Assess implementation and ongoing operations
Separate work your team can configure and run itself from work requiring implementation help, managed campaigns, or GTM engineering. Factors.AI presents strategy, campaign management, and GTM engineering as part of its offering. Compare support models and the internal time each option will require rather than evaluating software features alone.
5. Specify attribution requirements
Define the funnel stages, touchpoints, account-level reporting, and attribution models your team needs. Factors.AI’s July 11, 2023 FAQ says it offers multi-touch models such as time-decay and U-shaped models, and says custom models may be created. Verify current model availability and test whether the reports answer your actual pipeline questions.
Rank #4
6. Compare pricing and terms directly
The available listings and product descriptions do not establish consistent current pricing, contract lengths, implementation charges, or feature-by-feature parity across these vendors. Request quotes against the same team size, use cases, integrations, and service requirements; a reliable price ranking cannot be drawn from these sources.
Questions to ask in a vendor evaluation
- Which exact workflows are included in the proposed plan, and which require add-ons or services?
- Can the vendor demonstrate your required CRM, ad, website, CDP, and intent-data connections?
- How far back can each data source be imported, and what happens to historical reports during migration?
- Which attribution models and account-level reports are currently available?
- What configuration, campaign management, and engineering work will your team own after launch?
- Can the vendor quote the same scope, implementation, and contract terms as the other shortlisted providers?
How to interpret competitor listings
Product Hunt’s listing and G2’s alternatives page, along with CB Insights’ competitor references, surface plausible names but are not a complete market map. The listings group together products with different scopes; use them to build a shortlist, then validate current product details with vendors. The Factors.AI product page is also a vendor source, so its descriptions of capabilities and services should be treated as the company’s own claims rather than independent assessments.
