Expand Energy’s June 2026 Form 10-Q does not report construction in progress (CIP) as a separate balance-sheet line. It therefore does not verify the €0.00 million figure in the supplied title. The filing reports property and equipment in other categories, including proved and unproved properties, but the absence of a separate CIP figure is not evidence that the company’s CIP balance was zero.
Does Expand Energy report construction in progress separately?
No separate CIP amount appears in Expand Energy Corporation’s Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, filed July 28, 2026. The balance sheet instead lists proved natural gas and oil properties, unproved properties, and other property and equipment. As a result, the filing does not substantiate a €0.00 million CIP balance.
The filing reports total property and equipment of $34,140 million before accumulated depreciation, depletion, and amortization, and $24,450 million net as of June 30, 2026. These are reported U.S.-dollar amounts for the broader property-and-equipment categories—not a disclosed CIP figure or a euro-denominated estimate. Expand Energy’s Q2 2026 Form 10-Q
What does the €0.00 million figure mean?
It should be treated as an unverified title figure, not as a number reported by Expand Energy in the reviewed filing. A balance-sheet presentation that does not break out construction in progress cannot establish that the underlying balance was zero. The company may include relevant costs within broader property categories, but the reviewed filing does not provide a separate CIP value that would confirm that treatment or quantify it.

Which Expand Energy ticker does CS1d identify?
CS1d is the European trading identifier, not the company’s U.S. ticker. A Cboe Europe notice dated April 2, 2026 identifies Expand Energy Corp as UMTF name CS1d, ISIN US1651677353, with EUR currency and XETR MIC; the notice states the listing became effective April 7, 2026. Expand Energy’s U.S. common stock trades on Nasdaq under ticker EXE. Cboe Europe notice
How do property balances differ from capital expenditures?
Property and equipment balances are amounts reported on the balance sheet at a point in time. Capital expenditures describe spending over a period, and the measure depends on whether the company reports cash paid or accrued spending. Neither measure is interchangeable with a separately disclosed CIP balance.

The company’s Q2 2026 Form 10-Q projected 205–235 gross wells turned in line using approximately 11–12 rigs during 2026. It cautioned that plans may change with developments in its business, financial position, industry, or markets. Expand Energy describes itself in the filing as “the largest natural gas producer in the U.S., based on net daily production”; that is the company’s own characterization, not an independent assessment.
