- WFIE reported on July 27, 2025 that Cameron Hertweck was stopped for allegedly driving 87 mph in a posted 50 mph zone. The report said a portable breathalyzer showed a BAC of .191 and that he was charged with drunk driving.
- WFIE reported on August 2, 2025 that Josiah Cobb and Casina Love were arrested after alleged high-speed driving. The report said Cobb’s breathalyzer result was .174 and he was charged with drunk driving; Love’s result was below the legal limit.
- WFIE reported on April 20, 2026 that Cameron Adams, identified as a Kentucky man, was accused of driving over 100 mph on the Lloyd while intoxicated.
- A September 26, 2026 report said police paced Kodi Andrew Rickard’s car at 104 mph on the Lloyd. It described reckless-driving-related charges, not a drunk-driving allegation.
How to read an arrest or charge report
An arrest or charge is an allegation, not proof of guilt. For the specific 94 mph claim, the available information does not establish even the basic case details, let alone a court finding. A matching police account, charging document, or court record would be needed to verify the claim and any later disposition.
