The Eva Pillow is a single-piece charcoal-infused polyurethane memory-foam pillow with a removable TENCEL cover. Eva says taking the cover off makes it feel plusher and leaving it on makes it firmer. Its published size and weight differ between Eva and CHOICE, and Eva’s product page showed the pillow as sold out when checked on 7 October 2026. This review assesses the published details, not hands-on comfort or performance.
What is the Eva Pillow?
Eva describes the pillow as 100% polyurethane memory foam infused with activated charcoal, wrapped in a TENCEL fabric cover. The company says the cover is OEKO-TEX certified and the foam is CertiPUR-US certified; these are manufacturer statements, not independent evidence of health benefits or how the pillow performs. This is a solid, single-piece foam pillow—not a shredded-fill design that lets you remove foam to change its height. Eva’s adjustment method is to remove or replace the cover.
Eva Pillow specifications—and a size discrepancy
The two published specification sets do not match. Eva’s current product page lists a smaller, lighter pillow than the figures in CHOICE’s listing; the sources do not explain the difference, so do not treat one set as a confirmed correction of the other.

If pillowcase fit or height matters to you, confirm the dimensions with Eva before ordering rather than relying on a blended estimate.
How does its adjustability work?
Eva says leaving the cover on gives a firmer feel and removing it gives a plusher feel. The pillow’s foam core remains intact, so this is a limited feel adjustment rather than a way to change the amount of fill or reshape the pillow. Care and cleaning
- TENCEL cover: Eva’s care instructions call for a cold, gentle machine wash. Do not bleach; line dry.
- Foam core: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Eva does not instruct users to machine-wash the foam.
