The Euromaid ES7 is a discontinued 60 cm built-in wall oven. Public listings document its size, cavity, cooking functions and included accessories, but the independent rating that would show how it cooks sits behind member access on CHOICE’s public page. This review therefore describes what the oven is and what you need to verify before buying, repairing or installing one. It does not say whether the ES7 performs well, because the public record does not support that judgement.
Status: discontinued, with some parts still listed
CHOICE labels the ES7 a “Discontinued model.” Glen Dimplex Australia’s DigiCart parts site calls it “obsolete.” Both sources point to the same conclusion: you are looking at a model that is no longer sold new, so any price or stock position you find should be treated with caution.
CHOICE’s public page shows a listed price of $749.00. Because the model is discontinued, read that figure as a historical listing, not a current quote, and do not assume any retailer still holds stock.

Dimensions and fit
CHOICE describes the ES7 as a 60 cm wide wall oven. Its listed figures and the measurements printed in the ES7 manual text are shown side by side below.

The external dimensions agree once the axis order is accounted for. The cut-out figures do not. The manual’s opening is 30 mm taller than CHOICE’s, and 5 mm wider and 3 mm deeper. Those differences are large enough to matter for a built-in fit, so measure your actual cabinet opening and compare it with the Euromaid installation guide for your specific appliance variant before cutting or installing anything. The manual itself states that its dimensions are a guide and refers readers to the full instructions.
Cooking functions and features
The ES7 manual text lists seven cooking functions:
- Fan forced
- Grill
- Conventional
- Fan assist
- Top element with fan
- Bottom element with fan
- Defrost
The same text lists these further features:
- Knob controls and a programmable clock
- Catalytic self-cleaning side liners
- Closed-door grilling
- A cavity cooling fan
- An A Class energy rating
- A flush inner glass door
- Removable side racks
- An easy-clean one-piece cavity
These are the manufacturer’s documented claims. They describe what the oven is designed to offer. They are not results from independent hands-on testing, and the public record does not show how well any of these functions perform.

Included accessories
The manual lists two chrome oven shelves, one universal baking pan and one grill insert as included accessories. If you need a replacement pan, check it against the internal baking space of 480 mm wide by 420 mm deep, since a generic pan sized for a different oven may not fit.
What the independent review does and does not show
CHOICE’s ES7 review page names Kim Gilmour, identified as a Senior Project Officer, in connection with the review. The expert rating, the overall performance score and the category scores, covering ease of use, grilling, baking, roasting and cleaning, are all members-only. The public page does not show a usable overall score or the detailed test findings.

That means the ES7 cannot be described as a CHOICE-tested winner or loser based on public information. An absent score on the open page is not a result, and it should not be read as a weakness.
The same page lists the country of origin as Turkey and records the warranty as “Not recorded.” Confirm warranty terms directly with the seller or Euromaid before buying, because no warranty details were established from the public listing.

Manuals, parts and service
Use the following route to find documents and parts:
- Check Euromaid’s support pages. Euromaid’s “Support Documents” page directs owners of older products to a retired-products archive, which is the official place to look for manuals and support downloads.
- Check the DigiCart ES7 model page. Glen Dimplex Australia’s DigiCart page links two documents labelled “3936_ES7_User.pdf” and “8996_ES7_Parts.pdf.” Its description reads “SS 60CM BUILT IN OVEN BS8 REPLACEMEN,” which confirms the product type but is clearly abbreviated.
- Check the parts list for your component. DigiCart lists a “KNOB PRESSURE SPRING” and marks the ES7 as a compatible model. Confirm the part number against the exact appliance before ordering, because compatibility depends on the variant.
- Verify stock before relying on it. A listing shows that the part was catalogued, not that it is in stock. The part may be unavailable, and listings can change without notice.
The manual copy widely available online is a third-party mirror hosted on Manualzz. Use it for orientation, but seek the original Euromaid manual for any installation, electrical or safety-critical instruction.

Comparing the ES7 with another wall oven
If you are weighing the ES7 against a current model, the public record gives you the specifications but not the verdict. Check these points separately for each oven:
- Current availability. A discontinued model may have no retail stock, so compare what each option can be bought for today.
- Independent test results. Look for published ratings for the alternative from a comparable source, and note whether the detailed results are free to read or member-only, as CHOICE’s ES7 scores are.
- Warranty and service support. For the ES7, confirm terms with the seller or Euromaid, since CHOICE records none.
- Parts supply over time. Ask how long spare parts are expected to remain available, not just whether they exist today.
Comparing these points is more useful than comparing the ES7’s documented features alone, because the features show what the oven is designed to do rather than how well it does it.
