The Eufy Omni E35 is a quiet, highly capable robot vacuum and mop. Expert Reviews’ Alun Taylor calls it “a highly accomplished package” in his review of the E35, published on 18 September 2026. The complication is price. The same review says the cheaper Eufy Omni E25 offers similar core performance, so for many UK buyers it is the better value. The E35’s premium buys higher suction, a wider mop roller, more capable navigation and hotter mop washing. Those upgrades matter in some homes more than others.
What the E35 adds over the E25
Expert Reviews describes the E35 as an upgrade to the E25. The table below lists every figure the review gives for each model. Where the review does not state a value for the E25, the cell says “Not stated” rather than assuming the two machines match.

How it performed in testing
Carpet pickup
In the review’s lab comparison, the E35 collected 45 g of 50 g of flour from carpet. The E25 collected 32 g and the Omni S2 collected 48 g. All three picked up rice from carpet. On the flour test, the E35 therefore trails the S2 slightly while clearly outperforming the E25.

These are single results from one test setup, reported by Expert Reviews. They do not guarantee the same outcome on every carpet pile or in every cleaning mode.
Obstacles and thresholds
Taylor reports excellent navigation in his home. The E35 avoided a sock, a cable and an imitation dog mess, and it backed away from a staircase. The review states that the E35 can officially surmount obstacles up to 30 mm. It also cleaned bathroom mats and an uneven washable rug without trouble. These are the reviewer’s observations plus the manufacturer’s stated capability, not an independent certification.

Mop roller and stains
The roller mop has scrapers that remove mess from the roller while it works, which Taylor highlights as a practical advantage. In his test the E35 cleaned a ketchup spill, and the roller was free of sauce when he inspected it afterwards. The mop lifts 11 mm to clear carpet. Taylor warns that homes with very deep carpet may be better served by a model with detachable mops.
Targeted cleaning modes
The E35 lets you select an area for extra attention in one of two ways. A scrub runs two passes with extra water. A vacuum run makes two passes at temporarily higher suction. The review contrasts this manual selection with a competitor approach that detects stains automatically. Manual selection gives you control over exactly where extra effort goes, but each spot needs you to point it out. Automatic detection removes that step, but you depend on the machine finding the mess. Neither approach is categorically better; it depends on how much you want to direct the cleaning yourself.

Noise: quiet, not silent
Taylor describes the E35 as impressively quiet. He found it hard to hear from an adjacent room or from another floor. He cautions that someone sitting in the same room will notice it running. The review gives no decibel measurement, so “quiet” here is a reviewer’s comparative judgement rather than a measured figure.

Runtime was reported from one run only. A light upstairs vacuum took 12 minutes and used 20% of the battery in Taylor’s home. That is a single observation, not a standardised runtime estimate.

Limitations to weigh
- No live camera view. The E35 does not offer live viewing through a forward-facing camera, a feature the review notes on some competing models.
- Mop clearance on deep carpet. The 11 mm mop lift suits the carpet Taylor tested, but very deep pile may call for a detachable-mop design.
- No spares in the box. Consumables must be bought separately, as covered below.
- Ongoing bag costs. Bagged dust collection means recurring purchases.
The review also names the Roborock Saros 20 Neo, Dreame Aqua10 Ultra and Dyson Spot+Scrub in comparisons. It does not give enough like-for-like data to rank them against the Eufy models, so this article does not rank them either.
Is the price gap worth paying?
Expert Reviews quoted a £999 RRP for the E35 and an £849 introductory voucher offer. The E25 was listed at an £849 RRP and £609 at the same point. At RRP the gap is £150. At the introductory prices the gap is £240, which is the premium the review’s verdict refers to. These are prices from 18 September 2026. Check current retailer prices before buying, because introductory offers change quickly.
Running costs: bags and cleaning fluid
The E35 uses three-litre dust bags. Expert Reviews reports a three-pack of these at £16 at publication, which works out at about £5.33 per bag. The review also mentions a 473 ml bottle of floor-cleaning fluid at £20. Taylor suggests a generic robot-friendly cleaner may work, but that is his suggestion, not a manufacturer compatibility statement. Check the manufacturer’s guidance before using another product in the tank.

Bagless machines avoid this recurring cost but require you to empty a dust bin. Bagged collection keeps dust sealed when you empty the unit. The review does not confirm an E35 accessory kit, so do not assume one is available.
Which one should you buy?
Choose the E35 if
- You want the higher 35 kPa suction and the extra reach of the 32 mm mop roller and 40 mm side brush.
- Your home has more obstacles or thresholds of up to 30 mm, and you want the navigation improvements.
- You want five stored floor maps, and you are comfortable paying the premium at the prices you are offered.
Choose the E25 if
- Price is the deciding factor, and similar core cleaning is enough for your floors.
- Your home is fairly flat with standard carpets, where the E25’s pickup in the review’s test was adequate.
- You are happy to give up the E35’s extra features, the upgraded navigation and 60°C mop washing.
For readers who mainly want quiet, capable cleaning and do not need the E35’s extras, the E25 is the more sensible purchase at the prices quoted in the review.
