The Electrolux Pure C9 PC91ANIMAT is a chili-red, bagless canister vacuum sold in a pet-oriented configuration. Electrolux lists a 12 m cleaning reach, 5.9 kg cleaner-only weight and a 1.6 L dust container on its Australian product page. Its included tools comprise a combination floor nozzle, a turbo nozzle and a 3-in-1 accessory—not a motorised power nozzle. Those specifications make it possible to assess what the model offers, but they are manufacturer-listed details rather than independent test results.
What exactly is the PC91ANIMAT?
Electrolux identifies the PC91ANIMAT as the “Pure C9 Pet” bagless canister vacuum in chili red. Its model-specific identifiers are PNC 900258435 and EAN 7332543751754. Use the full model code and PNC when checking a retailer listing, manual, replacement part or warranty: other PC91 Pure C9 variants may have different specifications and accessories.

How well is it suited to pet hair?
The Pet name and included AeroPro Turbo nozzle indicate a configuration aimed at pet owners. Electrolux also includes a FlowMotion Combination nozzle as the main floor tool. The available model materials do not establish pickup rates on pet hair, carpet or upholstery, and they do not show that the turbo nozzle is a motorised power head. If your home needs a powered brush, check the exact package rather than assuming one is included.

Electrolux describes the vacuum as having “Powerful suction” and says its “155km air speed ensures dust is efficiently collected.” These are the manufacturer’s claims, not independently measured household-cleaning results. There is no model-specific independent lab result established here to quantify its pet-hair performance.
What do its filtration claims mean?
Electrolux advertises a “Fully Sealed PureFlow™ system” and “7-Stage filtration,” and identifies the exhaust filter as HEPA 13 (EFH13W). These specifications and claims describe the manufacturer’s design; they do not, by themselves, demonstrate independently verified allergen removal or establish performance in a particular home.

How convenient is it to use and maintain?
The listed 12 m reach can reduce the need to change outlets during a cleaning session, while the 5.9 kg figure is the cleaner-only weight—not necessarily the weight of the complete setup with hose and nozzle. The 1.6 L bin gives a stated capacity, but Electrolux’s specifications do not establish how often it will need emptying in a particular home.
Rank #3
- Powerful Pet Hair Removal: Specifically designed with pet owners in mind, the motorized pet nozzle easily removes pet hair from furniture and upholstered surfaces
- Enhanced Mobility and Visibility: Effortlessly navigate around furniture and obstacles with 180° EasySteer maneuverability as bright LED nozzle lights illuminate tight and dark spaces
- Versatile On-the-Go Cleaning: Detach the 2-in-1 hand unit for quick cleaning of couch cushions, car interiors, and other hard-to-reach spots, offering flexibility for all your cleaning needs
- Cordless Cleaning with Extended Power: Enjoy up to 48 minutes* of run time with the Turbo Power HD lithium battery, while the LED charge indicator conveniently lets you know when it’s time to recharge
- Items Delivered: 1 x Electrolux Ergorapido Pet cordless 2-in-1 vacuum; 1 x E10 filter; 1 x charging stand; 1 x pet nozzle; 1 x long crevice tool; 1 x 2-in-1 crevice tool with small dusting brush; 1 x delicate dusting brush
The product page lists automatic cord rewind, easy-roll wheels, controlled dust emptying and one access point for filters. Those are advertised features, not independent findings about how smoothly it rolls on different floors or whether fine dust escapes while the bin is being emptied. Follow the local manual for emptying and filter-care instructions; the listing alone does not provide a complete maintenance procedure.
What are the main trade-offs?
- Bagless ownership: The dust container avoids buying vacuum bags, but the available evidence does not establish how cleanly the bin empties in practice.
- Pet-oriented tools: The listed turbo nozzle is relevant to pet hair, but no independent pickup testing or motorised power nozzle is documented for this package.
- Reach and carrying: Electrolux lists a 12 m reach and 5.9 kg cleaner-only weight. Consider where you will carry and store the canister, particularly if stairs are involved.
- Parts and local support: EF158 and EFH13W are the listed filter identifiers. Check that filters, service and warranty support are available in your country before purchase.
Should you buy the Electrolux Pure C9 PC91ANIMAT?
Consider it if you want a bagless canister with a combination floor nozzle, turbo nozzle and a long stated reach, and you can confirm that this exact package suits your flooring and pet-hair needs. It is harder to recommend on the strength of suction, filtration or ease-of-emptying claims alone: those points are presented by Electrolux, and independent PC91ANIMAT testing is not established here.

- Powerful Performance on Hard Floors: Specifically designed with your home's hard floor surfaces in mind, the PowerPro Roller picks up everything from fine dust to large particles
- Advanced Filtration: Axial cyclonic technology efficiently separates dirt and dust inside the dust bin, while the 5-step filtration system captures allergens for improved air quality inside the home

Electrolux Australia’s product page displayed 4.5/5 from 162 reviews when accessed in 2026. That is the manufacturer’s own site rating, not an independent review aggregate, and may change. Before ordering, verify that the listing says PC91ANIMAT, check the included tools and local plug and voltage, and review the current warranty and returns terms.
