What the EVEP6818BF offers
Electrolux Australia lists this model as a black, single electric steam and pyrolytic oven in its 700 Series, with CookSmart Touch TFT controls and 22 cooking functions. Separately, it lists 75 assisted cooking programs; those are not the same count as the oven’s functions. Listed modes include roasting, grilling, keep warm, defrosting, bread baking, dough proving, slow cooking, dehydrating, hot air, reheating, refresh, stew and steam-assisted cooking. Headline features include SteamCrisp (Medium Steam), AI TasteAssist and AirFry. Electrolux describes steam as helping roasts stay succulent, AI TasteAssist as optimizing settings, and AirFry as producing crisp results. These are manufacturer descriptions, not independently verified performance findings. The available evidence does not establish how the oven compares with other models for cooking consistency, steam results or ease of use.

Food Sensor
The included Food Sensor measures food’s core temperature. According to the EVEP6818BF user manual, you place the sensor in the food, connect it to the oven, and set a target temperature. At that point, you can choose an alarm, an alarm that also stops cooking, or a display message. The manual advises checking whether the food is ready at the target and extending cooking if needed; the probe is a monitoring and notification feature, not a guarantee of a particular result.

Dimensions, capacity and installation
Electrolux lists external dimensions of 595 mm wide × 569 mm deep × 594 mm high, a gross capacity of 77 L and usable capacity of 72 L. The oven is specified at 36.0 kg in the manual. These are manufacturer figures, and the external dimensions alone do not confirm that the appliance will fit a particular cabinet.
The listed electrical connection is hardwired, with a 3.39 kW connected load and a maximum current rating of 16 A. Before purchase, have a qualified installer check the full installation diagrams, required clearances, cabinet dimensions and electrical supply in the manual. Do not assume that a nominal 60 cm opening or a plug connection is suitable.

Before a cycle, the manual says to start with a cold oven, remove accessories, clear loose food from the oven floor and inner door glass, and close the door. The door locks during cleaning and the cooling fan runs faster. Let the oven cool before wiping away ash. The manual warns of burns and says not to run the cycle while using a hob above or another appliance in the same cabinet.
For steam upkeep, the manual’s water-tank guidance links cleaning frequency to water hardness and recommends checking local hardness with the water supplier. It does not establish one universal interval independent of local water conditions.

Electrolux’s manual lists an A++ energy class, with 0.93 kWh per cycle for conventional mode and 0.52 kWh per cycle for fan-forced mode. These are the manual’s regulatory-context figures, accessed in 2026; they should not be treated as a directly comparable rating across markets without checking the applicable local label and measurement context. The manual references IEC/EN 60350-1 as a measurement method, not as an independent assessment of cooking quality.

The Winning Appliances listing showed two positive reviews dated 2 June 2026. One reviewer said they had owned the oven for a week. That is a very small, early sample: it may reflect initial impressions, but it cannot establish reliability over time, sustained control usability, cooking consistency or value. Warranty and regional details
Warranty terms depend on where and when the oven is purchased. Electrolux Australia lists a three-year domestic warranty. Electrolux New Zealand says its three-year warranty applies to purchases made after 1 March 2026. Confirm the local warranty document, seller and purchase-date conditions before relying on either statement; the New Zealand product page provides the regional details.
The Australian product page states that security updates are received until 21 January 2031. That is a stated security-update horizon, not a promise of feature updates, app availability or appliance service life.
