What the EVEP619DSE is
Electrolux Australia describes the EVEP619DSE as a 60 cm, single electric multifunction steam and pyrolytic oven. It is not a duo oven. The listed cavity is 80 L gross and 72 L usable, with 19 cooking functions and a colour TFT touchscreen. Electrolux lists a two-year domestic warranty.
Its headline modes are SteamRoast, SteamReheat and AirFryPlus. The appliance also includes a Smart Food Probe, and Electrolux lists slow cooking and dough proving among its functions. SteamRoast and SteamReheat
Electrolux says SteamRoast combines conventional oven heat with steam, aiming to brown food outside while retaining moisture inside. SteamReheat is described as adding and retaining moisture when reheating. Those are the manufacturer’s intended uses, not independent findings about results.

AirFryPlus
Electrolux says the supplied mesh AirFryPlus tray lets super-heated air crisp food and that steam is added during cooking to retain moisture. The available public material does not provide an independent comparison of crispness, cooking time or oil use, so treat these as manufacturer claims rather than proven advantages over a separate air fryer or another oven.
Smart Food Probe and other modes
The listed Smart Food Probe monitors a food’s core temperature; Electrolux says the oven can stop when the selected temperature is reached. Slow cooking and dough proving are also listed. These functions may be useful if they fit your routine, but check the current local product listing and manual for operating details and included accessories.

Pyrolytic cleaning uses high heat to break down food residue. Electrolux lists light, medium and heavy cleaning cycles and says pyro-proof side racks and telescopic runners can stay in place during the cycle. Trays and shelves should be removed. Follow the supplied manual’s instructions for cleaning and handling rather than assuming every accessory is pyrolysis-safe.
Other listed details include a quadruple-glazed door, child button lock, removable door and inner glass panes, soft-close door and easy-glide side racks. These are specification claims; confirm care instructions in the manual, particularly before removing the door or glass.
