The Electrolux EVE614DSE is a 60 cm electric multifunction oven with SteamBake, eight cooking functions and 72 L of usable capacity. It may suit buyers who want a roomy built-in oven and easier tray access, but its steam benefits are manufacturer claims rather than independently verified results in the available review material. It is not the pyrolytic-cleaning model: that is the separate EVEP614DSE. Check cabinet dimensions, hardwired installation requirements and current availability before buying.
What the EVE614DSE offers
Electrolux describes the EVE614DSE as a dark stainless steel and black, 60 cm built-in electric oven. Its listed capacity is 80 L gross and 72 L usable. The eight functions are traditional bake, pizza, pastry, cook-from-frozen, full grill, grill, fan grill and SteamBake. The product specification is on Electrolux Australia’s EVE614DSE product page.
The listed equipment includes retractable knobs, two oven lights, five shelf positions, side racks, two wire shelves, a baking tray, a grill/oven pan and pan carrier. It has one full-extension telescopic runner, which can make accessing a tray easier. The grill element folds down, grilling is specified for closed-door use, and the door has three glass layers with removable glass panes. A food probe is not listed.

How to assess SteamBake
Electrolux says SteamBake adds steam to help dough rise and produce a soft centre and glossy crust. That describes the intended feature, not a demonstrated advantage over other ovens: the accessible independent review material does not establish how large or consistent the effect is. Treat it as a potentially useful baking function, not a guaranteed result.

Will it fit your cabinetry?
The oven’s external dimensions are 597 mm high × 596 mm wide × 572 mm deep. Electrolux’s fact sheet specifies a flush-fit cut-out of 600 mm high × 600 mm wide × 581 mm deep. Those figures are not interchangeable: measure the cabinet opening and check the installation guide and manuals for the specific installation before purchase.
The product page specifies a hardwired connection, a 3.1 kW connected load and a maximum current rating of 12.9 A. Plan for the required electrical installation rather than assuming it can plug into a standard outlet; confirm requirements with a qualified installer.

EVE614DSE vs. EVEP614DSE
The model names are similar, but the cleaning difference is significant. Electrolux lists the EVEP614DSE as a separate nine-function model with three pyrolytic cleaning programs. The EVE614DSE has eight listed functions and no listed pyrolytic program. Both models are listed with 80 L gross/72 L usable capacity and the same external dimensions. What the available reviews do—and don’t—show
CHOICE has a model-specific review page, but marks the EVE614DSE as discontinued. Its accessible page lists a $1,299 price and a two-year warranty; that price is not confirmed as today’s street price or proof of current stock.
