AudioQuest DragonFly Copper
The DragonFly Copper is a DAC, not a portable music player. What Hi-Fi? describes it as a compact way to improve audio from a phone, tablet or laptop, and gave it five stars. Its review calls the device “terrific, tiny” and “incredibly effective” for desktop-bound music. The roundup lists $250 in its US deal widget.

Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 5

What Hi-Fi?’s review praises their spaciousness, detail and precision. The US deal widget showed $299.95 at publication; verify current price and availability before buying.
Home cinema: soundbar or ultra-short-throw projector?
Sonos Beam Ultra
The Beam Ultra sits above the Beam (Gen 2) in Sonos’s soundbar range. What Hi-Fi? says the Ultra adds up-firing Dolby Atmos drivers and low-end refinements, and its review calls it an “exceptional soundbar in its own right.” The US deal widget showed $699. The roundup’s assessment is that it performed as one of the better products at its price, while noting it was not the more affordable replacement reviewers had initially wanted.

Hisense PX4 Pro
The PX4 Pro is described as a mid-tier ultra-short-throw projector using Hisense’s latest generation of RGB laser cinema technology. What Hi-Fi?’s five-star review credits it with deeper blacks, greater colour volume and a more three-dimensional-looking image than its predecessor line.
For gaming, note the format-specific limit: the projector can handle high frame rates at 1080p, but 4K is limited to 60Hz, according to the roundup. Match that ceiling to the resolution and refresh rate you expect from your console or PC.

Amplification and vinyl: three different system choices
Rotel Michi Prestige X430
The X430 is an integrated amplifier with a built-in phono stage, digital inputs, HDMI ARC, Bluetooth and two sets of switchable speaker outputs, as listed by What Hi-Fi? The review describes it as a broadly capable all-rounder that can drive price-compatible speakers with ease. The reviewer was less convinced by its headphone output, a specific caveat amid the five-star verdict.
Pro-Ject Debut Reference 10
Sharing DNA with the Debut Pro, the Debut Reference 10 adds a new tonearm, platter and sub-platter. What Hi-Fi? calls it handsomely made and easy to set up, with a clear, stable and authoritative sound. The review also qualifies its praise: it is not the most musically expressive turntable at its price.

Technics SL-1500CS
The SL-1500CS is a step-up sibling to the SL-1500C. Its headline difference, according to the roundup, is Delta-Sigma Drive: technology adapted from Technics digital amplifiers for the turntable’s direct-drive circuit, intended to deliver a purer signal feed. What Hi-Fi?’s review calls it a solid sonic upgrade over the standard version.
How to read the turntable comparison
The two turntables have distinct reported design stories, but the roundup does not provide a controlled head-to-head test. Pro-Ject’s cited changes are mechanical components; Technics’ cited distinction is its drive technology. Before deciding between them, check each model’s current specification and how it fits your system, including any phono-stage and amplification requirements. Compared with the firm’s standard ceramic-diaphragm version, the Diamond Edition uses diamond-dome diaphragms and an upgraded crossover. The review recommends a serious audition for buyers with the budget and system to suit them, calling the speakers “a true endgame” option. That is a highly qualified endorsement, not a claim that the speakers suit every room or listener.
What the five-star roundup does—and does not—tell you
