Stel Bedrade accessoires in op Altijd toestaan om accessoireverzoeken automatisch goed te keuren. Dit is een andere instelling dan een Mac of pc vertrouwen: daarvoor moet je de computer afzonderlijk goedkeuren en de toegangscode invoeren.
USB-accessoires automatisch toestaan
- Open Instellingen op je iPhone of iPad.
- Tik op Privacy en beveiliging en vervolgens op Beveiliging.
- Tik op Bedrade accessoires.
- Kies Altijd toestaan.
De Engelstalige benaming van deze instelling is Wired Accessories. De exacte vertaling en beschikbare keuzes kunnen verschillen per model en aansluiting. Apple beschrijft vier opties voor USB-C-apparaten en twee voor Lightning-apparaten. Apple Support: USB- en andere accessoires verbinden met iPhone of iPad.

De standaardinstelling vereist dat je de iPhone of iPad eerst ontgrendelt voordat een bedraad accessoire of computer verbinding maakt. Na het ontgrendelen kan de verbinding actief blijven als je het apparaat weer vergrendelt. Een USB-lichtnetadapter kan het apparaat ook opladen wanneer het vergrendeld is; dat betekent niet dat gegevensoverdracht dan is toegestaan. Apple Support.

Deze instelling voorkomt niet dat je een apparaat moet ontgrendelen om opslagaccessoires te gebruiken. Apple stelt: “If you’re connecting to a storage accessory, you’ll always need to unlock your iPhone or iPad before using it.” Met andere woorden: ook met Altijd toestaan moet je eerst ontgrendelen voordat je bijvoorbeeld een opslagapparaat gebruikt. De instelling kan dus niet worden gebruikt om opslagtoegang vanaf een vergrendeld toestel mogelijk te maken. Apple Support.

Op apparaten die onder toezicht van een organisatie staan, kan een beheerder deze instelling beheren via Apple Configurator of mobile-device-management (MDM)-beleid. Een Mac of pc afzonderlijk vertrouwen
Altijd toestaan keurt niet automatisch elke computer goed. Wanneer je een iPhone of iPad op een Mac of pc aansluit, vraagt het apparaat of je die computer wilt vertrouwen. Bevestig de keuze en voer de toegangscode van je iPhone of iPad in. Bij latere verbindingen met dezelfde computer wordt de host automatisch vertrouwd. Als een accessoire of computer niet wordt herkend
Een bedraad accessoire werkt niet
Ontgrendel de iPhone of iPad. Als het accessoire daarna nog niet wordt herkend, koppel het los, ontgrendel het apparaat en sluit het opnieuw aan. Een USB-voedingsadapter kan wel opladen terwijl het apparaat vergrendeld is, maar dat is geen aanwijzing dat een accessoire voor gegevensverbinding wordt herkend. Apple Support.
Een computer herkent de iPhone of iPad niet
- Gebruik een kabel die zowel gegevensoverdracht als opladen ondersteunt.
- Probeer een andere USB-poort of een andere computer.
- Verschijnt de melding Vertrouw deze computer? niet, of heb je eerder geweigerd? Stel dan de instellingen voor locatie en privacy opnieuw in en sluit het apparaat opnieuw aan.
Deze stappen helpen bij herkenning en de vertrouwensmelding; ze wijzigen de instelling Bedrade accessoires niet. Apple Support: als je computer je iPhone of iPad niet herkent.
