The Dunlopillo Luxurious Latex High Profile Firm Feel is a firm latex pillow marketed for people who want a higher profile, including side sleepers. Its listed dimensions conflict between retailers, and the accessible CHOICE page does not reveal its member-only test scores. Treat the fit guidance as the seller’s recommendation, not a guarantee: check the current size, return terms and care label before buying.
What this review can—and cannot—establish
The available product listings identify the pillow as latex, describe it as high profile and firm, and provide construction, care and price details. They do not provide firsthand testing evidence for this review. CHOICE’s accessible page withholds its expert rating and performance scores behind member access, so there is no basis here to assign the pillow a score or say CHOICE recommended it.
Retailer descriptions are useful for identifying the product and its intended audience, but claims about feel and suitability remain seller guidance. The available evidence also does not establish cooling performance, durability in use, or health benefits.

Specifications and the dimension discrepancy
Retailer descriptions identify the fill as Talalay latex and the cover as removable cotton sateen. Sleep Solutions also lists 64 × 44 × 15 cm.

Who may want a high-profile, firm pillow?
Retailer copy positions this model for side sleepers and people with larger frames who prefer extra support. That is an intended-use description, not a fit guarantee. Pillow height depends on more than sleeping position: shoulder width, body proportions, mattress give and personal comfort preference all affect how much loft feels appropriate.

It acts as a continuous cooling system that efficiently channels away body heat and moisture, preventing nighttime overheating and ensuring a refreshingly dry sleep all night long.
- 3️⃣ Instant Responsive Rebound & Ergonomic Support Unlike memory foam that leaves you feeling stuck or sinks over time, our high-rebound Talalay latex responds instantly to your every movement. With its adaptive elasticity, it delivers continuous, buoyant neck support, keeping your spine perfectly aligned whether you are a side sleeper, back sleeper, or stomach sleeper.
- 4️⃣ Ultra-Soft Removable Cotton Cover Every pillow comes wrapped in a premium cotton pillowcase that is sweat-absorbent and incredibly soft to the touch. This natural, skin-friendly cotton cover maximizes surface ventilation, reduces friction, and is fully removable and machine-washable to keep your sleeping environment clean and fresh.
- 5️⃣ Rigorously Tested Quality & Long-Lasting Durability Engineered for ultimate durability, our high-quality latex core has undergone strict factory quality testing. It boasts outstanding structural integrity and excellent resiliency, ensuring that the pillow retains its optimal plush loft and supportive shape for years to come without flattening or sagging.
- Compare the listed height with a pillow you already find comfortable; note that records for this model show either 15 or 16 cm.
- Consider whether you actually prefer a firm latex feel. A high profile is not automatically a better fit if you like a softer or lower pillow.
- Check the retailer’s return policy before ordering if you cannot try the pillow first.
Nothing in the available material establishes that this pillow treats neck pain or guarantees spinal alignment.
Cover and pillow care
Care directions distinguish the removable cover from the latex core, and the listed instructions differ by source. Harvey Norman says to warm-machine-wash the cover on a gentle cycle and line dry it. For the pillow itself, it says to hand-wash gently in warm water, dry flat and not tumble dry.

- Talalay 100% Natural Premium Latex Pillow
- Talalay Latex：The bounce, contouring, and breathability of this impressive foam draws its power from mother nature. Using a process of drawing sap from rubber trees creates a durable and responsive latex pillow
- Cotton Cover：Cotton cover helps maintain an ideal sleep temperature, wicks away moisture, and is hypoallergenic
- Cool & Breathable：The cooling effect of this design will help keep you from sleeping hot—thanks to a process that starts with tiny breathable airways that draw excess heat away from your body and ends with you waking up cool and refreshed every morning
- Hypo Healthy：Talalay latex is proven to be more breathable than other latex foams. The healthiest and most hypoallergenic sleep begins with this pillow!
CHOICE advises hand-washing the pillow in warm water at a maximum of 40°C with mild detergent, rinsing in cold water, then drying in warm air or an airing cupboard. It says not to dry clean or tumble dry. Follow the care label supplied with your specific product, and do not assume that the core and cover can be washed or dried in the same way.
Price and availability
The listed prices are snapshots, not guaranteed current offers. CHOICE records AUD 210 and a purchase price of AUD 125. Sleep Solutions showed AUD 124.95 against an RRP of AUD 209.99, while its search-result listing marked the pillow out of stock. The records do not establish current stock, shipping costs or the price available to you; confirm those details with the seller before ordering.

Verdict
This is a plausible option to investigate if you specifically want a firm, high-profile latex pillow and are comfortable verifying the fit and care details yourself. The conflicting dimensions make checking the exact seller listing particularly important. Because the accessible test record does not disclose CHOICE’s scores and no firsthand testing is available here, the evidence supports a specification-based assessment—not a performance verdict.
