What kind of game is Drunken Goddess Reflux?

Steam describes a single-player game set at Pandemonium, a bar in Hell. The player faces Femme Soule, a demon, in a fictional shot-glass Russian roulette contest: the setup involves drinking and using tricks to try to make the demon spill her soul. This is the game’s fantasy premise, not a recommendation or requirement for real-world drinking.
