Dreamseeker’s Herrscher of Time is reported as a new playable Battlesuit planned for Honkai Impact 3rd version 9.1. A report published October 6, 2026, expected it toward the end of October and said it would arrive through Battlesuit and equipment supply banners; it did not confirm an exact release date. The announcement comes as the game reaches the Part 2 finale, but the reviewed official material does not explain the precise story event behind Dreamseeker’s transformation.
What the Herrscher of Time announcement says

The report says players will need to pull for the Battlesuit and its equipment through supply banners. It does not give confirmed banner dates or detailed banner rules, so players should not treat the reported timing as a guarantee of when a banner will open.
How it fits the Part 2 finale
HoYoverse’s official version 9.0 announcement, dated August 20, 2026, calls the update “The Light at Dream’s End” and presents its new story chapter, “The Future We Embrace,” as the Main Story Part 2 Finale. That establishes the narrative context for the news, but not the transformation’s exact cause. The reviewed v9.0 announcement does not describe how Dreamseeker becomes the Herrscher of Time, and it does not announce this Battlesuit in its version 9.0 content details.
Who Dreamseeker is and what the report says about the Battlesuit
Siliconera describes Dreamseeker as the customizable male-or-female avatar representing the player in Part 2. The character had previously appeared as an AstralOp support unit; the Herrscher of Time is described in the report as Dreamseeker’s first proper playable Battlesuit debut.

For now, the clearest distinction is between story context supplied by HoYoverse’s v9.0 announcement and version 9.1 Battlesuit and gameplay details reported by Siliconera.
