Only under HONOR’s specified low-use Bluetooth Long Battery Life Mode. HONOR advertises up to 35 days in that scenario, but its separate regular-use estimate is up to 17 days. Notebookcheck reported around 14 days in its test with always-on display off, health features enabled and brightness set to Basic Mode. The three figures describe different conditions, not competing promises.
What HONOR means by 35 days
HONOR’s UK product page says the Watch 6 has a 980mAh typical-capacity battery and a 950mAh rated-capacity battery. Its “up to 35 days” figure is for Bluetooth Long Battery Life Mode, with a specific combination of light usage: smart heart-rate monitoring and sleep tracking; 15 minutes of Bluetooth calling and 15 minutes of music playback per week; 60 minutes of GPS exercise per week; 50 messages, six incoming calls and three alarms per day; and 200 screen activations per day. HONOR says its battery-life data comes from HONOR Labs and that actual use may vary. HONOR Watch 6 specifications and battery scenarios
That scenario is not a realistic estimate for every owner. More frequent GPS workouts, calls, music playback, screen use or other enabled features can change runtime. The headline number is best understood as a manufacturer maximum under stated assumptions.

HONOR also provides a separate “up to 17 days” regular-use estimate. Its scenario includes smart heart-rate monitoring, automatic blood-oxygen and stress detection, sleep tracking, 30 minutes each of calling and music per week, 180 minutes of GPS exercise per week, the same listed daily messages, calls and alarms, 360 raise-to-wake activations per day, and 30 minutes of app use. HONOR lists up to 42 hours for its outdoor-sports scenario with factory-default settings. These are separate manufacturer scenarios, not independent test results. HONOR Watch 6 battery-life scenarios

Notebookcheck reported around 14 days in its review, with always-on display disabled, all health features enabled and brightness set to Basic Mode. That is one publication’s result under its stated settings; it is not a guarantee for other users or a directly controlled comparison with HONOR’s lab scenarios. Notebookcheck also said charging on the supplied pad took just over an hour and a half. Notebookcheck’s HONOR Watch 6 review
Cadena SER described using the watch for roughly three weeks without needing to recharge during that particular period. That account is useful as an individual hands-on observation, but it does not specify the same controlled battery conditions as Notebookcheck’s test. Cadena SER’s HONOR Watch 6 hands-on report

What the Watch 6 offers beyond battery life
The Watch 6 is a large, sports- and health-oriented smartwatch. Notebookcheck lists a 1.46-inch AMOLED display with 464 × 464 resolution, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and dual-band GNSS. HONOR gives the case width as approximately 46.5mm and thickness as 10.8mm at its thinnest point, excluding the sensor area. Listed weights without the strap are approximately 41g for Shadow Black and 50g for Twilight Brown. A reviewer found the case large on a slimmer wrist. HONOR specifications Notebookcheck’s review
Notebookcheck’s review highlights extensive training features, NFC payments and Bluetooth calling, alongside generally accurate measurements. It found that heart-rate tracking could be somewhat slow to respond to rapid changes and that dual-band GNSS had minor inaccuracies, although route recordings were usable overall. The review also lists high minimum display brightness, no ECG, no fall detection and a limited app ecosystem as drawbacks. These findings are a reviewer’s observations, not clinical validation of the watch’s health measurements. Notebookcheck’s HONOR Watch 6 review

Phone compatibility, apps and payments
The Honor Health app is available on Android and iOS, but Notebookcheck says some features require an HONOR phone. Its review notes that iPhone users cannot reply directly to messages, sync the calendar or share collected data with Apple Health. Bluetooth calls also require a paired phone; the watch has no cellular connectivity. Notebookcheck’s compatibility notes
For NFC payments, Notebookcheck identifies Fidesmo Pay rather than Google Wallet and advises checking bank and regional card support. The review also describes the software as closed to third-party apps, a limitation echoed in Cadena SER’s hands-on report. Notebookcheck’s review Cadena SER’s hands-on report

Should you compare it with another smartwatch?
Compare watches using like-for-like evidence rather than placing one brand’s maximum battery claim beside another reviewer’s test. Notebookcheck names the Xiaomi Watch S5, Huawei Watch GT 7 and Samsung Galaxy Watch9 in its comparison section, but its review does not establish a fully comparable current test across those models. Availability and price depend on your market
Top Gear Philippines reported that the Watch 6 launched in the Philippines on September 16, 2026, at P13,999, through HONOR physical stores and official online channels. That is a dated Philippine launch price, not a universal price. Top Gear Philippines launch report

Notebookcheck’s September 25, 2026 translator note said HONOR listed the watch for purchase in Mexico but had not announced availability in the United States or Canada at that time. Check current local availability and payment support before buying; those dated regional reports do not establish the watch’s status in every market today. Notebookcheck’s availability note
