What the Hulu add-on includes—and what it doesn’t
Hulu’s add-on is called Paramount+ with SHOWTIME. It is a separate subscription charge, not a free feature bundled with Hulu. Hulu says SHOWTIME and select Paramount+ content can be watched through Hulu, while additional Paramount+ content is available only in the Paramount+ app. Subscribing through Hulu therefore does not mean that every Paramount+ title will appear in Hulu or that you get unrestricted access to the full Paramount+ app catalog.

Hulu’s July 10, 2025 guide cited Yellowjackets and Dexter as examples of SHOWTIME programming available through the add-on. Those examples are not a guarantee of current availability or a complete catalog.

How much does SHOWTIME cost on Hulu?
Hulu’s US Help Center lists Paramount+ with SHOWTIME at $13.99 per month. That price appears in Hulu’s pricing article dated September 30, 2026, with new-subscription prices stated as of September 23, 2026. Hulu notes that subscribers who joined before September 23 may see a price change in a billing cycle on or after October 21, 2026. Treat $13.99 as Hulu’s published price at that date, not a guaranteed future price; check your account for the current offer and billing terms.
A Hulu base plan is required. The add-on auto-renews monthly at $13.99 or the then-current regular monthly price after any eligible trial period unless canceled. Trial availability depends on eligibility and the offer shown to you, so do not assume a free trial will be available.

Hulu says the add-on can be added to any plan, subject to eligibility and account-specific availability. Hulu + Live TV does not include it automatically: it remains an extra-cost add-on.
How to add Paramount+ with SHOWTIME to Hulu
- Sign in to Hulu with your Hulu credentials.
- Open your account page and find Add-ons.
- Select Paramount+ with SHOWTIME and review the price and terms shown for your account.
- Confirm the change. Check your account or billing details afterward to verify that the add-on is active.
Hulu’s guide to adding SHOWTIME cautions that account add-ons may not be accessible through Hulu if a third party bills your subscription. If the option is missing, check who manages your Hulu billing and what account changes that provider allows; the Hulu account page may not control a third-party-billed subscription.
