No official announcement reviewed here supports the claim that Automation Anywhere agreed to acquire Boost.ai. Automation Anywhere’s announcement names a different conversational AI company: Aisera. The company’s press-room archive dates that announcement to November 4, 2025.

Did Automation Anywhere acquire Boost.ai?

The reviewed official sources do not substantiate an Automation Anywhere–Boost.ai acquisition. Automation Anywhere’s announcement says it acquired Aisera, while Boost.ai’s announcements page lists company and product updates through April 22, 2026, without establishing the transaction described in the headline. That does not prove that no transaction could exist outside those public announcements; it means the reviewed sources do not support the Boost.ai claim.

Automation Anywhere’s official acquisition announcement names Aisera, and its press-room archive dates the release November 4, 2025.

Which conversational AI company did Automation Anywhere acquire?

Automation Anywhere announced the acquisition of Aisera, not Boost.ai. It presents the combination as a way to join its Agentic Process Automation (APA) with Aisera’s conversational AI platform. According to the company, Aisera’s agents address IT service management, human resources, and customer service, and can understand natural-language intent, reason across data, take action, and orchestrate outcomes across enterprise systems.

Those descriptions are Automation Anywhere’s account of the combined offering, not independent findings about its capabilities or results.

What did Automation Anywhere say about Aisera’s team?

Automation Anywhere reported that more than 100 Aisera AI engineers joined the company to help accelerate development of its next generation of multi-sector agentic solutions. This is a company-reported team count, not an independently verified headcount. The release stated: “Aisera, including its team of more than 100 AI engineers, joins Automation Anywhere to help accelerate development of our next generation of multi-sector agentic solutions.”

What do Boost.ai’s announcements establish?

Boost.ai’s official announcements page lists updates including SOC 2 Type II certification dated April 22, 2026, Adaptive Voice dated March 10, 2026, and 2026 partnerships. These entries show that Boost.ai was publishing company and product news; they neither confirm its ownership status nor conclusively rule out a transaction.

A separate 2021 announcement says Nordic Capital and Boost.ai announced a partnership on March 8, 2021, with Nordic Capital supporting Boost.ai’s growth and expansion. The announcement said the terms were not disclosed. That partnership is not evidence of an Automation Anywhere acquisition.
