Is “zero-latency” performance established?
No. “Zero-latency” is in the article’s title, and the author says forwarding happens in microseconds. The material reviewed provides no benchmark results, test setup, hardware, workload, comparison baseline, or independent measurement. Treat both phrases as promotional characterization rather than a demonstrated performance guarantee. Any meaningful comparison would need measurements under a stated workload and environment.
