What is the EN560S?
De’Longhi Canada identifies the frosted silver EN560S as the Lattissima Touch. It combines capsule coffee with a removable milk system and one-touch drink selections. De’Longhi’s Canadian listing specifies two programmable coffee selections—espresso and lungo—and milk options including cappuccino, latte macchiato, creamy latte, and warm milk froth. One-touch milk drinks
The integrated milk system is the Lattissima Touch’s defining convenience. Instead of steaming and pouring milk separately, select a milk beverage from the machine’s controls. Convenience has a cleaning cost
Milk residue means extra care compared with brewing espresso alone. The user manual advises rinsing the milk system after each preparation, and says its components are dishwasher safe. If you expect to make several milk drinks each day but do not want to rinse or clean the system, that routine may outweigh the one-touch benefit.
Which milk and capsules can you use?
Milk: cow’s milk only, according to the manual
The De’Longhi Group manual specifies cow’s milk for the milk system and says not to use soy, oat, almond, or other alternative beverages. If you rely on plant milk, have a milk allergy, or need to avoid dairy, do not assume this machine’s automatic milk recipes will meet your needs. De’Longhi Canada specifies Nespresso Original espresso-capsule compatibility. Check capsule packaging for the Original system before buying; the machine is not described as compatible with Vertuo capsules. Capsule availability and selection may vary by market.

How should you interpret the pressure and heat-up claims?
De’Longhi Canada advertises 19-bar pump pressure and a 25-second coffee heat-up, with an additional 15 seconds for milk beverages. Nespresso Australia lists a 25-second heat-up on its EN560S page. These are manufacturer-published specifications or claims, not independently verified results from a test of brewing speed, drink temperature, flavor, or consistency. They should not be treated as proof of beverage quality.

Rinse the milk system after each milk preparation, as the manual advises. Its milk-system components are described as dishwasher safe on De’Longhi Canada’s product listing. Follow the manual’s instructions for disassembly and cleaning rather than assuming every machine part can go in a dishwasher.
Descaling
Descaling is part of ongoing care. The manual cautions that unsuitable descalers may damage components or fail to descale adequately, and recommends Nespresso descaling agent. It says: “Nespresso descaling agent, when used correctly, helps ensure the proper functioning of your machine over its lifetime and that your coffee experience is as perfect as the first day.” That is the manual’s statement, not an independent durability finding. Warranty and buying considerations
Warranty details depend on the market. Nespresso USA lists a two-year warranty on its assistance page, while De’Longhi Canada says warranty details vary by product. Confirm the terms that apply to the exact EN560S listing in your country before purchase; do not assume the US period applies elsewhere.

The EN560S is most compelling for someone who wants a compact capsule-based routine with milk drinks selected at the machine, and who is comfortable with the care that milk systems require. Official specifications differ across markets, and published pressure and timing claims are not independent performance tests, so verify local details rather than treating one region’s figures as universal.
