The indexed manual names a filter-holder cup; one- and two-coffee crema filters; an ESE pod crema filter; a removable power cable; a tamper/dispenser measure; a water/steam spout; a water-hardness test strip; descaler; and a water-softener filter. These are items listed in the manual, not a guarantee that every item is included with every regional or second-hand machine. Check the exact manual version and inspect the box or used unit for the accessories you need. Use the manual matching both the model and the electrical version printed on the machine.

For milk-frother cleaning, follow the steps in De’Longhi’s model-specific support instructions rather than relying on a generic procedure: the required method can depend on the machine’s configuration. The support center also covers water-filter activation, water hardness, and descaling. Refer to the instructions for your regional model before fitting a filter or starting a descaling cycle.

Before purchasing a used EC860.M, check the unit itself rather than relying on the listing title:
- Read the model and electrical details from the rating plate; compare them with the intended country’s supply.
- Ask which filters, portafilter components, cable, water/steam spout, and other accessories are actually included.
