Delhi’s public works agency has invited bids for an integrated office complex at the existing Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) depot in IP Estate. The Government of NCT of Delhi e-Tendering System lists an estimated project value of ₹1,28,23,96,789 (about ₹128.24 crore); this is a tender estimate, not a contract award. Bids are due by 3 p.m. on October 22, 2026, unless the tender is amended.
What the tender covers
The formal project name in the notice issued by the Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC) is “Development of Integrated office complex at the existing DTC Depot, IP Estate, New Delhi.” News coverage frames it as a new DTC headquarters, but the official tender describes an office complex.
The project site is the existing DTC bus depot at IP Estate, New Delhi 110002. The tender reference is 01/2026-27/CD-15, and its e-procurement Tender ID is 2026_DSIDC_298649_1.

Hindustan Times reported that officials described DTC’s existing headquarters as structurally outdated and inadequate for the operational requirements of an expanding public transport network. That is the rationale attributed to officials in the news report, not a finding established in the tender notice.

Planned building and work package
The notice specifies an RCC-framed building with two basements, a ground floor and 11 storeys above ground. The contract package extends beyond the building structure to include related installations and site works.
- Water supply and sanitary installations
- Internal and external electrical installations, firefighting and lifts
- Audio-visual systems, access control and CCTV
- LAN and building management systems (BMS)
- Low-side and high-side HVAC
- Horticulture, vertical planting, artwork and external development
The notice states a three-year defect liability period. The tender listing links to the full notice inviting tender (NIT) and bill of quantities (BOQ); details such as floor area, drawings, technical specifications, sustainability requirements and bidder eligibility are not established by the summary listing.
