To delete your AdultFriendFinder account, sign in and go to Settings > Manage My Account > Close Account. Choose Please Delete My Account, enter your password, and submit. If you only want a temporary break, choose Hide my profile instead; it changes visibility rather than closing the account.
Delete your account through Settings
- Sign in to AdultFriendFinder.
- Open Settings from your account handle or menu.
- Under Manage My Account, select Close Account.
- Choose Please Delete My Account.
- Enter your account password and submit to confirm.
These steps follow AdultFriendFinder’s English Closing Account instructions. Menus may vary by device or account state, and the site may change its layout.

Choose profile hiding for a temporary break
If you want to reduce profile visibility without closing your account, select Hide my profile in the account-closure area. This opens Privacy Preferences, where you can adjust visibility controls and save your changes. Hiding is a visibility setting, not confirmation that an account has been deleted. See AdultFriendFinder’s Privacy Preferences instructions.
If the deletion option is missing or does not work
Use AdultFriendFinder’s contact form and select Delete Account as the support topic. Explain that you are requesting account deletion and include any details support needs to identify the account. Avoid sending your password in a support message.

Check subscription renewal separately
The contact form lists Turn off Auto Renewal as a separate support topic from Delete Account. If you have a paid membership, check your billing settings or ask support about renewal and membership status rather than assuming account deletion will stop charges. The official instructions do not establish whether a separate cancellation step is always required or exactly how deletion affects an active subscription.
What deletion instructions do not confirm
AdultFriendFinder’s closure instructions describe how to submit an account deletion request, but do not state when messages, billing records, backups, or other data are erased. They therefore do not establish that all account data disappears immediately after submission.
