A 9to5Google roundup published October 5, 2026, reported $70 off the 45mm Pixel Watch 5 LTE Steph Curry Edition, discounts on Lenovo’s Yoga Tab Gen 2 tablets, and a broad Best Buy Techtober sale. The listed prices are dated reports, not confirmed live offers; check each retailer’s current listing for price, availability and sale terms.
Pixel Watch 5: reported $70 discount on the Steph Curry Edition
The October 5 roundup listed the 45mm Pixel Watch 5 LTE Steph Curry Edition at $509.99 shipped, compared with a stated regular price of $580. That is a reported $70 reduction. The roundup described this as the model’s all-time low; it is a claim from that article, not an independently audited price-history record. See the October 5 9to5Google deal roundup.
| Pixel Watch 5 configuration | Price reported October 5, 2026 |
|---|---|
| 45mm LTE Steph Curry Edition | $509.99, down from a stated $580 |
| Other standard and LTE configurations | The roundup’s listed range was $349.99–$459.99 |
The special-edition discount applies specifically to the 45mm LTE model; it should not be read as a price for every Pixel Watch 5 size or connectivity option. The source does not establish whether the other configurations shared the same discount structure.

The Plus model is the larger, higher-memory option in that description; choose between them based on the configuration you need rather than treating the reported discount as proof of better value.
What Best Buy’s Techtober sale included
The October 5 roundup described Best Buy’s Techtober event as covering gaming laptops and desktops, monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets and other gear. It reported up to $1,000 off select PC gaming hardware and named individual models with prices. Those are dated sale claims: the roundup does not establish a universal discount, verify that every example remained in stock, or provide a confirmed end date.

Compare a gaming system’s processor, graphics card, memory, storage, screen size and display technology before deciding whether a listed price fits your needs. The amount shown as a reduction from list price does not, by itself, demonstrate a lasting or typical street-price discount. The same article also reported offers on Nothing headphones and earbuds, Amazon Fire TV streaming devices, Kindle and Echo products, and Ring doorbells, alongside gaming hardware.
