Add tasks and reflect in the evening
Users can speak tasks into the app and provide an evening check-in. The creator says those check-ins can influence the next day’s plan: a missed workout might lead to a lighter start, while a skipped meal might prompt a gentle reminder. These are examples of intended personalization, not reported results from a user study.
Ask about saved check-ins
The project description says users can ask questions about their saved check-in history. One example is, “why was I tired this week?” The answer is meant to draw on those records rather than treat the question as a generic prompt.
