Cyberhaven announced an $88 million Series C on June 11, 2024, led by Adams Street Partners and Khosla Ventures. SecurityWeek reported that the round valued the company at $488 million. That figure is historical: Cyberhaven later announced a $1 billion valuation alongside its April 2025 Series D.

How much did Cyberhaven raise, and who invested?

The company’s June 11, 2024 announcement confirmed an $88 million Series C led by Adams Street Partners and Khosla Ventures. Other participants were Redpoint Ventures, Costanoa Ventures, Vertex Ventures, Crane Venture Partners and Wing Venture Capital, alongside security leaders. Cyberhaven said the financing brought new investors Adams Street and Khosla into its effort to protect innovators’ data.

SecurityWeek reported that the Series C brought Cyberhaven’s total funding to $136 million. That cumulative figure, like the valuation figure, comes from SecurityWeek’s June 12, 2024 report rather than Cyberhaven’s announcement.

What was Cyberhaven valued at after the Series C?

SecurityWeek reported a $488 million valuation in connection with the June 2024 round. Cyberhaven’s own June 11 announcement confirmed the amount raised and investors but did not disclose a valuation. The $488 million figure should therefore be attributed to SecurityWeek, not presented as a valuation the company itself announced.

A private-company valuation is not a public share price or a promise that investors or shareholders can sell their stakes at that amount. The figure describes a reported financing valuation associated with that round.

Is $488 million Cyberhaven’s latest disclosed valuation?

No. On April 2, 2025, Cyberhaven announced a $100 million Series D led by StepStone Group and said the financing valued the company at $1 billion. The $488 million figure refers to the earlier Series C in 2024; the later company announcement is the more recent disclosed valuation in the information available here.

What did Cyberhaven say it would do with the money?

Cyberhaven said the proceeds would support product expansion and broader market reach. At the time, it described its enterprise platform as focused on data detection and response, data lineage, and protecting data as it moves across cloud services, devices, the web, email, messaging and generative AI services. These are the company’s descriptions of its product and plans, not independent findings about product performance.

What did Cyberhaven report about bookings?

In its June 2024 announcement, Cyberhaven reported 200 percent growth in new bookings. This is a company-reported figure; the announcement did not define the measurement or provide independent verification.
