Cyber Monday 2023 fell on November 27, and the documented CyberPowerPC offers included desktops with GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB and RTX 4070 graphics. The strongest surviving deal records point to retailer listings—especially Amazon and Walmart—not one uniform CyberPowerPC.com sale. These are expired historical offers: their old discounts and coupon codes do not establish today’s prices or availability.
Documented CyberPowerPC deals from Cyber Monday 2023
Contemporary deal coverage recorded the following configurations and advertised discounts. The percentages are claims reported at the time, not independently verified price histories; the surviving listings do not preserve enough original and sale-price detail to calculate reliable dollar savings.

The Amazon-linked configurations and discount claims are documented by Silent PC Review’s CyberPowerPC deal roundup. The Walmart figure comes from a November 24, 2023 deal roundup. Deal coverage spanned the Black Friday and Cyber Weekend period as well as Cyber Monday, so these records should not all be read as Cyber Monday-only offers.
What the RTX 4060 Ti systems offered
The listed RTX 4060 Ti configuration paired an i7-13700F with 16GB of graphics memory, 16GB of system DDR5, and a 1TB NVMe drive. That is a capable 2023 starting point for mainstream 1080p gaming and some 1440p play, but the discount percentage alone cannot establish good value without the final price and component details.

Compare the full delivered cost with RTX 4070 systems before choosing. A 4060 Ti model might make sense at a sufficiently lower price; if the price gap was small, the RTX 4070 configuration was the stronger graphics option, particularly for 1440p and ray tracing. The listed VRAM capacity is tied to these named configurations; confirm the exact SKU rather than assuming every CyberPowerPC model with a similar name uses the same card.
What the RTX 4070 systems offered
The documented RTX 4070 systems combined a 12GB GPU with either an i9-13900KF or, in the Gamer Xtreme listing, that same processor, plus 16GB DDR5 and 1TB NVMe storage. In 2023, this GPU tier was a more natural fit than the 4060 Ti for 1440p gaming and ray tracing. The i9 is a powerful processor, but it does not by itself make a prebuilt a better gaming deal: cooling, power delivery, and the total price matter too.
Neither a listed CPU nor a headline GPU tells you the quality of the power supply, cooler, motherboard, SSD, or case airflow. Check those details on the exact listing, especially for a high-power processor such as the i9-13900KF.

What CyberPowerPC.com reportedly offered—and why the archive is uncertain
A surviving CyberPowerPC page dated November 30, 2023 claims free shipping with code Freeshipping and an extra 5% instant rebate on orders over $999 with code CM2014. It also mentions graphics-card upgrades or rebates, memory upgrades, a free gaming headset with any PC, a free keyboard and mouse with desktop purchases, and limited supplies. These are claims on the archived CyberPowerPC promotional page, not verified terms for the retailer listings above.
The page has a serious date-and-content conflict: it refers to obsolete hardware such as the GTX 760, Radeon R9 280, and DDR3 memory, along with games from a much earlier era. It may be misdated or contain migrated older material. It is therefore not a dependable record of CyberPowerPC’s actual 2023 catalog or sale prices. The codes are historical and should not be treated as working offers.
Direct store, Amazon, and Walmart were different offers
The distinction matters: Silent PC Review’s deal links pointed to Amazon, while the reported “up to 25% off” offer was a separate Walmart promotion. Neither should be described as a CyberPowerPC.com discount. A retailer may sell configurations that are exclusive to that retailer, and matching product-family names do not guarantee identical internal parts.

CyberPowerPC’s sales FAQ says component brands can vary when a configuration uses generic “Major Brand,” GeForce, or Radeon selections; retailer-exclusive systems can differ, and the retailer controls its inventory and pricing. Read the exact product page for the seller, SKU, components, return terms, and warranty responsibility. See CyberPowerPC’s sales FAQ for its explanation of component variability and retailer listings.
How to judge a CyberPowerPC prebuilt deal
A percentage off is not enough to compare two desktops. Assess the complete configuration and total cost in this order:
- Graphics card and VRAM: Confirm the exact GPU model and memory amount; this is usually the central gaming-performance distinction between the documented 4060 Ti and 4070 systems.
- Total delivered price: Include shipping and applicable tax, and compare against the system’s recent street price where verifiable—not only a listed MSRP.
- Power supply: Look for the exact brand, wattage, and efficiency rating. Do not assume these from the GPU name.
- CPU cooling and power delivery: Check the cooler type and motherboard details, particularly with an i9-class processor.
- Memory configuration: Find the module count and speed. A 16GB system can be usable, but a single module may affect performance and leave a different upgrade path than two modules; check expansion support.
- Storage and case: “1TB NVMe” does not identify the SSD model. Check drive details, case airflow, and included fans, and consider whether 1TB will be sufficient for your game library.
- Connectivity and support: Verify Wi-Fi standard, upgradeability, warranty, return window, and whether CyberPowerPC or the retailer handles returns and support.
- Seller and fulfillment: Confirm who sells and ships the exact SKU. A ready-to-ship retailer model may be more convenient; a direct custom build can provide more component choices but may take longer to build.
Generic component descriptions are a real limitation when you require a specific memory or graphics-card manufacturer. CyberPowerPC says brands may vary with inventory, so do not infer an exact component brand from a generic listing. Likewise, “free” upgrades or accessories may be less valuable than a lower final price or a better-specified base configuration.
Are Cyber Monday 2023 CyberPowerPC deals still available?
No. The November 2023 promotions and coupon codes are expired historical offers. The old coverage cannot establish current prices, inventory, or whether a similar configuration is available now. For present-day shopping, check the retailer’s live listing or CyberPowerPC’s current sales page, and evaluate its current terms independently; CyberPowerPC says seasonal coupons are generally posted through its main sales page in its sales FAQ.
