To create a signature in Titan Email, sign in to Titan webmail, open Preferences → Signatures, add and name a signature, enter its content, then click Save. Hostinger says the saved signature will be automatically added to messages.
Open Titan Email webmail
You can sign in directly at hostinger.titan.email with your email address and password. Alternatively, sign in to your Hostinger account, open Emails → Email Accounts, open the account’s three-dot menu, and choose Access Webmail. Hostinger documents both routes in its Titan webmail access guide.
Create and save the signature
- In Titan webmail, click the gear icon in the top-right corner and choose Preferences.
- Open Signatures, then click Add a signature.
- Enter a name for the signature and add the content you want included.
- Click Save.
Hostinger’s Titan Email signature instructions say the new signature will then be automatically added to messages.
Use the Titan-specific settings path
Titan’s signature setting is under Preferences → Signatures. Hostinger Mail is a separate product with a different settings path, so its instructions should not be substituted for Titan’s. The Hostinger Mail guide describes its own feature as web-app-only and says it does not sync with other email applications; that limitation is not established for Titan Email.
#1 Best Overall
Hostinger’s Titan instructions do not specify behavior in third-party mail applications, signature image or formatting requirements, or Titan-specific troubleshooting steps.
