There is no single winner for both jobs. Incogni focuses on sending recurring personal-data removal requests to data brokers and people-search sites. Coveron focuses on identity monitoring and recovery support. Its Full Protection bundle includes Incogni, so it is the option to consider if you want both services and are eligible for the package.

What Coveron and Incogni actually do

Service Primary purpose What it does not establish
Incogni Automates recurring opt-out and removal requests to data brokers and people-search sites on its covered list. Higher tiers add custom removal requests handled by privacy specialists. Incogni’s plan details Its removal service is not the same as credit monitoring, dark-web monitoring, or identity-theft recovery.
Coveron Provides identity and cyber protection features such as monitoring, alerts, and recovery support, depending on plan. Its Full Protection bundle includes Incogni. Coveron’s product comparison Coveron’s own monitoring and recovery service should not be mistaken for a standalone data-broker removal service.

Coveron says the services are complementary because they address different privacy problems. That is a company’s description of its products, not an independent performance finding. Coveron and Incogni are both within Nord Security’s portfolio, but remain separate services with different functions.

What performance evidence says about removal

The strongest independent result in this comparison concerns Incogni’s data-removal task, not Coveron’s monitoring. In a 2025 peer-reviewed study, He and colleagues reported that Incogni removed 76.6% of identified records per participant after one month, the highest successful removal rate among the four services they tested. Across those four services, the average successful removal rate was 48.2%. Read the study, “Measuring the Accuracy and Effectiveness of PII Removal Services”.

Those figures need a narrow reading: the researchers tested Incogni, Optery, Kanary, and Mozilla Monitor—not Coveron—and measured identified records and reported removal status over one month. The authors note the limited participant sample and service selection, and caution that typical users could see different results. The study does not show that information stays removed over time or guarantee an individual’s outcome.

#1 Best Overall
HMA VPN | Privacy Protection Service | Win, Mac, iOS, Android, Linux, Routers | 5 Devices, 1 Year [Key Card]
  • AUTOMATIC WI-FI PROTECTION: Shield every connection with military-grade, 256-bit AES encryption.
  • GLOBAL COVERAGE: Always have a server nearby in over 190 countries.
  • NO ACTIVITY LOGS: HMA VPN doesn’t log your IP address or what you do online.
  • SPEED, WHEREVER YOU ARE: find the fastest connection no matter where you are.
  • PROTECTION, ON ALL YOUR DEVICES: Install HMA software on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux or Router.

The paper also found low overlap in broker coverage: the average Jaccard similarity across the tested services was 0.21. In practical terms, different services may reach different brokers. A provider’s advertised count of sites alone therefore does not establish how many of your records it will find or remove.

No independent, same-task head-to-head test establishes whether Coveron outperforms Incogni overall. Their core functions differ, so a single score would conflate data removal with monitoring and recovery.

Compare coverage, features, and household needs

Incogni’s removal scope

Incogni’s pricing page describes Standard, Unlimited, Family, and Family Unlimited plans. Standard automates requests to brokers it covers; Unlimited adds custom requests for sites outside Standard’s coverage. Family plans support the subscriber and four additional members. The company currently advertises coverage of 420+ broker sites and 245+ million completed requests. These are Incogni-published scale figures, not independently verified success rates or a promise about your records. Incogni also warns that some requests can take over 30 days. Check Incogni’s current plan and coverage details.

Coveron’s monitoring and bundle

Coveron’s Full Protection listing includes three-bureau credit monitoring, dark-web monitoring, insurance benefits, VPN, antivirus, and a personal data removal service through its Incogni inclusion. Confirm the scope, limits, and terms of monitoring, recovery support, and insurance for the plan you are considering; a feature name alone does not specify what is covered. See Coveron’s current product and plan information.

Prices and renewals

Coveron’s pricing page displayed promotional individual-plan prices that varied by term when accessed in 2026. For a two-year term, the displayed introductory rates were $4.99/month for Scam Protection, $6.99/month for Identity Theft Protection, and $10.99/month for Full Protection; its first-year displays were $5.99, $7.99, and $10.99 per month, respectively. The page also lists monthly-billed rates separately. These are observed promotional displays, not stable quotes. Compare the amount charged at checkout and the renewal price for your chosen term before buying. Review Coveron’s current pricing and terms.

Incogni’s prices also vary by plan and subscription term. Compare the current checkout total and renewal terms rather than assuming a monthly display is the amount billed each month.

Check country availability before choosing

Availability statements differ by product context. Incogni’s Help Center says its Protect plan can only be purchased by U.S. residents. Separately, Coveron’s pricing page lists Incogni bundled availability for residents of the U.S., U.K., EU, Canada, and Switzerland. These are not interchangeable claims about every Incogni plan: verify the specific plan and country shown at checkout. Incogni Help Center: What is Incogni Protect? Coveron’s plan availability.

Which one should you choose?

  • Choose Incogni if your priority is recurring removal requests to brokers and people-search sites. Check whether its covered sites and plan are available where you live; consider Unlimited if you need requests to specific sites outside Standard coverage.
  • Choose a Coveron plan without assuming it includes removal if your priority is identity monitoring, alerts, or recovery support. Match the plan’s actual terms to the protection you need.
  • Consider Coveron Full Protection if you want both monitoring and data removal through its included Incogni service, and your country is eligible. Compare its renewal cost with buying only the service you need.

For a practical comparison, check the broker and site coverage, whether custom removals are included, monitoring and alert features, household coverage, country eligibility, insurance terms, and the first-term and renewal prices. The 2025 study offers useful evidence about one-month removal performance for Incogni among four tested services; it does not settle which company is best across both distinct functions.
