CORSAIR’s K100 RGB Mechanical keyboard with CHERRY MX Speed switches appeared in a CORSAIR US listing at $199.99, down from $289.99—a $90 difference. But a later crawl of the same listing showed $289.99, so $199.99 is an observed price, not a confirmed live deal. Check the current price and exact switch version before buying.
How much is the K100 RGB discounted?
CORSAIR’s US listing for the K100 RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard, model CH-912A014-NA, showed $199.99 against a listed original price of $289.99 in a search-result crawl accessed October 4, 2026. That is a $90 difference. A later crawl showed $289.99 as the current price, and CORSAIR’s listing did not specify a sale period or end date. Check the CORSAIR listing for the current price and availability.
Which K100 switches does the listing cover?
The $199.99 observation applies to the wired mechanical model with CHERRY MX Speed switches. CORSAIR also sells a K100 RGB Optical-Mechanical model with CORSAIR OPX switches, model CH-912A01A-NA. What does the CHERRY MX Speed K100 include?
According to CORSAIR’s product specifications, the CHERRY MX Speed configuration is a wired, extended/full-size keyboard with 110 keys, six macro keys, dedicated media controls, a volume roller, and a programmable iCUE control wheel. It has RGB backlighting, full-key rollover with anti-ghosting, and an included detachable cushioned palm rest.

These are manufacturer specifications, not independent performance measurements. CORSAIR also lists up to 8,000 Hz for the OPX configuration, but the switch and price details differ between versions. Review the CHERRY MX Speed product specifications.
Is the Corsair K100 worth it at this price?
At an actually available $199.99, the K100 may suit someone who wants an extended wired layout with six macro keys, dedicated media controls, and an iCUE wheel. Its large footprint, wired connection, and two-USB-A-port requirement matter just as much as the discount: confirm that your desk and setup can accommodate them, and that you want a full-size board rather than a compact or wireless one.

Compare the live price with the switch version you intend to buy. The two K100 configurations are not interchangeable descriptions, and the available evidence does not establish that $199.99 is the lowest price the keyboard has reached or that it remains available as a promotion.
