To finish the Panopticon Service Request in CONTROL Resonant, repair the security terminal, use the reversed cell IDs to retrieve the radio, then place it in the correct cell while the New York World’s Fair broadcast is playing. The key IDs are D-04 to open the radio’s cell, visibly labeled B-02, and E-05 for the destination cell, visibly labeled A-01.
Start the request with Langston
Go to the FBC Field Office in Central and find Langston at the Field Panopticon. The map’s Important Person marker points to him. Speak with him and accept the Panopticon Service Request.
Repair and activate the security terminal
Enter the Panopticon behind Langston’s station and interact with the terminal in the nearby alcove. It needs two missing power modules, also described as cubes, and a satellite dish or antenna.

- Locate the satellite dish or antenna and attach it to the mount marked by a flashing red light.
- Return to the terminal and activate the system.
If you are unsure where the antenna belongs, use the flashing red mount marker and the game’s feedback as your guide.

Use the reversed IDs to open the radio cell
Go to the cell with the visible wall plate B-02 and contact Langston. The plate is mismatched with the ID his system expects. The cell labels run in the opposite order from the system IDs, so enter D-04 to open the radio’s cell.

Set the radio to the required broadcast and contain it
Take the Altered Radio from its cell. It changes location and broadcast as you drop and pick it up, so cycle through its broadcasts until the New York World’s Fair announcement is playing.
While that announcement is playing, carry the radio to the cell with real/system ID E-05. Its visible wall plate is A-01. Place the radio on the pedestal in that cell.

Confirm completion and rewards
The quest-complete notification appears after the radio is successfully contained. Recent walkthroughs consistently report the Untapped Feeding Bottle artifact or recipe and the Aramid Work Clothes cosmetic as rewards. Some also list a Talent Point and Source currency, but those extra rewards are not consistently reported.
