To unlock Office 06 during the New Growth mission, take the elevator to Executive Sector, follow the red-carpeted route to Executive Research, and climb to the upper balcony. Clearance Level 6 opens the office door. Inside, inspect Underhill’s Personal Notes, then read the Welcome Letter on the central table: the letter grants Underhill’s Apartment Key and advances the objective to search her apartment.
Before you go to Office 06
Make sure the active New Growth objective is to investigate Underhill’s office in Central Executive. In the walkthrough sequence described by AllThingsHow, this objective follows recovering Underhill’s resignation letter from an FBC outpost rooftop in The Park; the Clearance Level 6 card is obtained there as well. Without that Level 6 access, the office door remains locked. (AllThingsHow)

Which item gives Underhill’s Apartment Key?
There are two items to inspect, but they do different things. Underhill’s Personal Notes are a collectible; finding them alone does not advance the mission. The Welcome Letter is the progression item. Nerd’s Chalk places the Notes on the desk to the left and the letter on the central table; AllThingsHow describes both items as being at Underhill’s desk.
