At Pulse Fitness in the Unknown, use the front treadmill at 0.5 MPH, the rear bike at 15 MPH, the hallway vending machine, the treadmill at 15 MPH, then the bike at 0.5 MPH. The final bike interaction opens a concealed door; descend the stairs and open the container for a Health Upgrade Point.
Where to find the gym puzzle
Go to the Pulse Fitness secret hideout marked on the map in the Unknown. The puzzle is inside the gym: the treadmill is in the front exercise room, the stationary bike is in the rear room, and a green vending machine is in the connecting hallway. This sequence is for that location; do not assume another gym uses it.

Enter the equipment sequence
- At the front treadmill, use the left interaction prompt. Its display should read 0.5 MPH.
- At the rear stationary bike, use the left prompt. Its display should read 15 MPH.
- In the hallway, interact once with the green vending machine.
- Return to the treadmill and use its right prompt. Its display should read 15 MPH.
- Use the bike’s right prompt. Its display should read 0.5 MPH.
The compact order is treadmill 0.5 → bike 15 → vending machine → treadmill 15 → bike 0.5. Use the on-screen interaction prompts; there is no need to reproduce a real-world exercise routine.
Get the reward behind the door
After the final bike interaction, look for the concealed door in the back wall. Go through it, descend the hidden stairwell, and open the container to collect the Health Upgrade Point. Nerd’s Chalk labels this pickup “Health Upgrade Point 3/3.” Its broader hideout guide reports that each of six hideouts awards one point and that three points combine into one maximum-health increase; those are guide-reported game details.
