ConductorOne announced a $79 million Series B on October 28, 2025, led by Greycroft. CrowdStrike Falcon Fund joined as a strategic investor, alongside existing investors Accel and Felicis Ventures. The company said it would use the funding to advance its product, expand enterprise adoption and its team, and support customers. ConductorOne changed its name to C1 in April 2026.
Who invested in ConductorOne’s Series B?
The October 28, 2025 announcement named Greycroft as lead investor. CrowdStrike Falcon Fund participated as a strategic investor, while Accel and Felicis Ventures were existing investors in the round. Greycroft also confirmed its role in the financing in its investor account.
C1 said the $79 million round brought the company’s total capital raised to more than $100 million. That total is the company’s figure in its official funding announcement.
How did the company say it would use the money?
The company said proceeds would support four priorities:
#1 Best Overall
- Product innovation
- Greater enterprise adoption
- Team growth
- Customer support and outcomes
The announcement did not assign dollar amounts to these priorities.
What does ConductorOne do?
ConductorOne described its product as an enterprise identity-security platform for managing access across applications and infrastructure. The company says it brings identity and access visibility together, applies access controls, enables just-in-time access, and automates user access reviews. It says the platform covers human, non-human, and AI identities and can be used on its own or alongside legacy systems. These are company-described capabilities, not results from independent product testing.
In March 2026, C1 announced AI Access Management, an extension aimed at enterprise access to AI tools, agents, and MCP connections. That later product announcement is separate from the 2025 financing. C1 also cited survey figures in the announcement, but the available announcement does not establish their underlying methodology, so they should not be treated as independently validated statistics.
What was the company’s reported valuation?
Forbes reported a $350 million valuation, citing sources familiar with the deal. C1’s official funding announcement did not disclose a valuation, so the figure is secondary reporting rather than a company-confirmed term.
Forbes also reported that C1 tripled revenue in the prior year and added customers including Zscaler and Brex. It reported that Zscaler cut engineer onboarding from 20 days to 20 minutes, attributing that outcome to Alex Bovee. These are attributed reports, not independently verified benchmarks.

Yes. The company announced on April 6, 2026 that ConductorOne had become C1. The 2025 financing was announced under the ConductorOne name, so “ConductorOne (now C1)” identifies the same company across the name change.
