Si una entrada no ofrece el botón «Añadir a Apple Wallet», puedes crear un pase desde una foto o manualmente en los iPhone compatibles, o recurrir a una app como Pass2U Wallet. Pero primero comprueba si el código es estático: si rota o caduca, una foto no lo sustituye y debes usar la app o el método oficial del emisor.
Comprueba primero si el emisor admite Apple Wallet
La opción más fiable es el pase que el organizador o comercio emite directamente para Wallet. Busca el botón «Añadir a Apple Wallet» en el correo, la web o la app donde recibiste la entrada. Si no aparece, Apple recomienda preguntar al comercio o a la empresa emisora si admite pases de Wallet: guía de Apple para añadir, usar y compartir entradas y pases.
Crear un pase por tu cuenta puede ayudarte a tener un código estático a mano, pero no convierte ese pase en una entrada oficial ni garantiza que el recinto lo acepte. Si tienes dudas, confirma con el emisor qué formato debes presentar.

Cómo crear un pase con las opciones de Apple
Desde una foto o captura
- En un iPhone compatible, abre la foto o captura que contiene el código, o apunta la cámara al código.
- Cuando aparezca la opción «Add Pass to Wallet», tócala.
- Completa o edita los campos del pase y guárdalo en Wallet.
Apple detalla este flujo en su guía de creación de pases con Siri Mode. Siri Mode requiere un iPhone 15 Pro o posterior compatible con Apple Intelligence, la última versión de iOS y Visual Intelligence activada; algunas funciones pueden variar según el idioma o la región. No des por hecho que la opción está disponible en todos los iPhone.

Manualmente desde Wallet
- Abre Wallet y toca el botón para añadir una tarjeta.
- Elige «Create a Pass».
- Selecciona una plantilla estándar, de membresía o de evento y completa los datos disponibles.
Los nombres de las opciones pueden variar según el idioma y la versión de iOS. Si no encuentras la función, consulta la guía de Apple vinculada arriba y comprueba si tu dispositivo y región son compatibles.
Cuándo una captura de la entrada no sirve
La diferencia decisiva es si el código permanece igual o cambia con el tiempo. Un código estático puede reproducirse en un pase creado por el usuario, aunque eso no garantiza su aceptación. En cambio, una captura no conserva la actualización de un código dinámico.

- Código estático: puede ser posible guardarlo como imagen o crear un pase con él. Confirma con el emisor que aceptará esa presentación.
- Código rotatorio o con caducidad: usa la app o el método oficial de la empresa emisora; no dependas de una foto o captura como sustituto.
Apple advierte: “If you take a photo of a barcode or QR code that expires, such as a ticket for a concert, the pass won’t work.” Es decir, fotografiar un código de barras o QR que caduca —como el de una entrada de concierto— no produce un pase funcional. Consulta la explicación en Apple Support.

La ficha de Pass2U Wallet en App Store indica que permite crear, importar y personalizar distintos pases. También enumera códigos que Wallet admite de forma nativa —QR, Aztec, PDF417 y Code 128— y formatos que la app convierte a imágenes para compatibilidad. Estas características pueden cambiar; la ficha no establece que cualquier pase creado vaya a ser aceptado por un recinto.

La ficha presenta una declaración «Privacy First» y afirma que la app no rastrea, recopila ni almacena información personal ni detalles de pases. Sin embargo, su apartado de privacidad también indica que el historial de navegación puede utilizarse para seguimiento entre apps y sitios de otras compañías y para publicidad de terceros. Apple aclara que esa información la declara el desarrollador y que Apple no la ha verificado. Revisa la divulgación vigente en la tienda antes de decidir si quieres introducir datos de una entrada.

Apple indica que los pases se asocian a la cuenta de Apple y que el dispositivo envía a Apple la información necesaria para mostrarlos, que puede incluir datos visibles como el número de entrada y el nombre.
