Camera hardware: telephoto versus optical stabilization
CMF lists a dedicated 50 MP telephoto camera alongside its main and ultra-wide cameras. Samsung lists a 50 MP main camera, a 5 MP ultra-wide and a 2 MP macro camera, and specifies OIS on its rear camera system. Those are different hardware approaches; the specifications alone cannot show which produces better photos or video.

Capacity and wattage ratings do not predict real-world battery life or charging time.
What the listed prices mean
As of the comparison pages accessed in 2026, both 91mobiles and Gadgets Now displayed ₹22,999 for the CMF Phone 2 Pro and ₹35,999 for a Galaxy M47 5G variant. The displayed figures imply a ₹13,000 gap, but the pages do not establish matching RAM or storage configurations or confirm that either price is currently purchasable. Samsung’s official 8 GB/128 GB page currently says “Not for sale.” Treat the aggregator numbers as references, not checkout quotes; verify the exact variant, seller, stock and price before buying. See the figures on the 91mobiles comparison page and Gadgets Now comparison page.

Software support is not stated on identical terms
Samsung’s India page promises six generations of OS upgrades and six years of security updates from the first global launch, with the policy subject to change. Nothing’s Europe page says the CMF Phone 2 Pro will get updates for six years from first availability on nothing.tech. That wording does not spell out the same OS-upgrade and security-update breakdown for the India model, so the two promises should not be treated as identical. Check Nothing’s Europe product information and confirm the applicable India terms.
Quick Recap
Which specifications matter most to you?
- For a dedicated telephoto camera: the CMF Phone 2 Pro lists a 50 MP telephoto lens; that does not by itself establish better image quality.
- For stated battery capacity and charging wattage: the M47 lists the larger typical capacity and higher charging rating, though neither figure guarantees longer endurance or shorter charging time.
- For price: the comparison-page references favor the CMF, but they are not verified live offers and may not match variants.
- For long-term updates: Samsung’s India policy is more specifically broken out into OS upgrades and security updates; Nothing’s cited six-year statement uses different wording and regional scope.
