Claroty reported a cumulative $735 million in funding after announcing a $100 million strategic growth financing on March 6, 2024. That is a historical total, not a current cumulative figure: the company later announced a $150 million Series F in January 2026 but did not publish an updated total.
What Claroty announced in March 2024
Claroty said the $100 million strategic growth financing followed $635 million in funding to date, bringing its reported cumulative funding to $735 million. These are figures reported by the company, not independently audited totals. Claroty’s announcement named Delta-v Capital as the lead equity investor.
The company also listed AB Private Credit Investors at AllianceBernstein, Standard Investments, Toshiba Digital Solutions, SE Ventures, Rockwell Automation, and Silicon Valley Bank, a division of First Citizens Bank, as participants.

In the same announcement, Claroty said it had exceeded $100 million in annual recurring revenue during 2023 and grown its customer count by more than 300% since 2020. Those milestones, like the funding total, were company-reported. Claroty’s release includes the company’s full account of the financing and its growth claims.
What changed with Claroty’s 2026 Series F
On January 22, 2026, Claroty announced a $150 million Series F led by Golub Growth, an affiliate of Golub Capital. The company also described up to $50 million in additional confirmed participation from existing investors. Claroty said the investment would support global expansion and platform development. The Series F announcement does not state a revised cumulative funding total.

| Announcement | Financing | Lead investor | Stated purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| March 6, 2024 | $100 million strategic growth financing; Claroty reported $735 million raised cumulatively after the round. | Delta-v Capital | Scale the CPS platform, expand across regions and sectors, invest in R&D, and strengthen partnerships. |
| January 22, 2026 | $150 million Series F, with up to $50 million in additional confirmed participation from existing investors; no updated cumulative total stated. | Golub Growth, an affiliate of Golub Capital | Global expansion and platform development. |
The 2026 financing means the 2024 total should not be presented as Claroty’s current total. The 2026 announcement does not provide enough information to establish an exact cumulative figure, so adding the announced round amounts would not produce a verified total.
Was Claroty valued at $2.5 billion?
SecurityWeek reported a $2.5 billion valuation in connection with the 2024 financing, while noting that Claroty had not confirmed the figure. It is therefore an unconfirmed reported valuation, not a company-confirmed term. SecurityWeek’s report provides that qualification.
