Is the CHiQ U43H10 any good?
The evidence points to a mixed, anecdotal picture rather than a reliable performance verdict. Appliances Online displays a 4.1 overall rating snapshot, and a customer comment praises the picture while describing the sound as somewhat tinny. ProductReview.com.au displays a 1.7 score from four reviews; comments include complaints about slow startup, internet connectivity, unexpected power behavior and picture quality, as well as a positive picture-quality report.
These ratings come from different platforms, sample sizes and dates. They should not be combined, treated as a failure rate, or used as a controlled comparison with another TV. There is no independent lab testing in the available evidence.

For a buyer, the set’s documented strengths are its 4K resolution, three HDMI inputs, wired LAN and optical audio output. The main uncertainties are real-world picture and sound performance, current streaming-app compatibility, software support, and the condition of any particular used unit. Evaluate the specific TV and its return terms rather than relying on the model name alone.

Andoo marks its U43H10 listing no longer available, and ProductReview.com.au labels the model discontinued. That supports treating it as a legacy model, but does not rule out secondhand units or remaining regional stock. Confirm availability and condition directly with the seller.

A three-year warranty shown on historical retailer listings should not be assumed to apply to a used purchase or in every location.
What to check before buying a used U43H10
- Test the actual screen: play 4K content and inspect for dead pixels, uneven backlighting, flicker and visible damage. Published resolution does not tell you the condition of a used panel.
- Check the smart functions: connect it to your network, open the apps you expect to use, and test casting. Listed Android features do not guarantee present-day compatibility.
- Try every input you need: test HDMI ports, USB playback, LAN, headphone output and optical audio with your own devices if possible.
- Listen at normal viewing volume: the brochure lists 2 × 10 W speakers, while one owner described the sound as tinny; judge the individual set and consider whether you will use external audio.
- Ask about startup and power behavior: owner reports mention slow startup and unexpected power behavior, so test a cold start and standby wake rather than assuming those reports apply to every unit.
- Confirm the deal terms: establish whether the seller offers a return window or any written warranty, and compare the price with current alternatives that have clearer software and service support.
Wall mounting and setup
The brochure lists a 200 × 200 mm VESA mounting pattern, a 6.4 kg net weight and dimensions of 963 × 567 × 81 mm without the stand. A 200 × 200 VESA TV wall mount is the relevant pattern, but the pattern alone does not confirm fit or safety for a particular bracket.

- Check the label and documentation on your exact TV to confirm the model variant and VESA hole spacing.
- Choose a mount whose supported screen size and load rating cover the television. Verify the wall material, anchor type and fasteners required for that wall.
- Measure the available space and account for cables and connector clearance behind the set; its listed depth without the stand is 81 mm.
- Follow the mount and TV instructions for fixing and lifting. If the wall construction or appropriate anchors are uncertain, use a qualified installer.
How to compare it with another 43-inch TV
